EYTAN TEPPER

Dr. Tepper earned his doctorate from the McGill University Faculty of Law, where he was associated with the Institute of Air and Space Law, and subsequently pursued a postdoctoral fellowship at the New York University (NYU) School of Law, where he was affiliated with the Institute for International Law and Justice. Dr. Tepper holds a first doctorate from China University of Political Science and Law (中国政法大学) (ranked #2 in China for law faculties) focused on Chinese policy.
