Adrian founded Fox Rodney in 2000 with Stephen Rodney to provide private practice and corporate clients with first-class legal recruitment and executive search services.
Adrian studied for his degree in Jurisprudence at Oxford University and qualified as a solicitor with Macfarlanes in 1986. After joining the legal recruitment sector in 1989, he become a Director at a prominent specialist legal recruitment consultancy in 1993.
As Managing Director & Head of International, Adrian is responsible for our international offices, making sure Fox Rodney delivers tailored, collaborative and forward-thinking solutions. He also focuses on retained partner searches, team moves and new office openings for International, UK and US firms.
Alastair has over 25 years of international board and executive level leadership experience, growing teams across education, legal and professional services sectors. He is Chair and Pro-Chancellor of the University of Leeds and Chair of Capital City College Group, one of the largest further education college groups in the UK. He served as a Commissioner to the UK Government's Social Mobility Commission between 2018-21.
Alastair qualified and practised as a corporate lawyer and he was recently a partner and executive board member with leading intellectual property specialists HGF Group; he previously had a long career with international law firm DLA Piper, where he was a Partner, Managing Director (for Asia Pacific and Middle East), Global Board and Executive member. At DLA Piper Alastair was part of the executive team that helped to create the largest law firm in the world at the time.
Alastair has also had board roles with boutique leadership development and executive search businesses, and he has set up and was first CEO of an international youth charity; he is also Chair of professional rugby union club, Leeds Tykes. Alastair has a Law degree from the University of Leeds, an MSc in Development Management from The London School of Economics and he is a qualified solicitor.

Ben Cockram is the Managing Director of Fox Rodney's In-House search practice. As an experienced leader with a global remit, Ben collaborates with the Fox Rodney's international offices, helping drive remarkable outcomes for the firms clients.
Brandon is a Mergers Consultant at Fox Rodney and is spearheading the development of our Mergers Division, as well as providing Strategic Consulting services to law firms.
Brandon has the benefit and experience of having worked at and held leadership roles at a large City/Global law firm (Dentons) and at a small/medium regional law firm (Howes Percival), so understands the challenges and opportunities in different areas of the legal market.
As Managing Partner of the Milton Keynes office of Howes Percival, in 2008 he led negotiations with Dentons (and his then current firm, Howes Percival) to transfer a 50 strong team from Howes Percival to Dentons while maintaining morale in, and loyalty of, the team and retaining the client base of the team.
Then, as Managing Partner of Dentons UK (2010-2018), he led the successful acquisition of the Scottish business of Maclay Murray & Spens LLP (£43m revenue) as well as bringing in the banking litigation team from MAB Watford and recruiting other key teams.
At Dentons, he was responsible for the significant improvement in the performance of the UK business resulting in a highly successful and profitable business attracting and retaining high calibre talent, with no debt and significantly increased revenue and enhanced margins and profits.
Charlotte is a Senior Researcher in our London office.
She works as part of our research team to provide to in-depth administrative support to the London office in relation to client and candidate management.
Charlotte has recently graduated from Loughborough University with a Sports Science Degree. She has also worked previously with Fox Rodney on a work experience placement.

Chloe is the Head of Research for Fox Rodney, based in our London office. She manages the Research function and oversees the variety of in-depth research work carried out by our experienced team of Research Associates.
Chloe has a law degree from the University of Kent and has over 10 years' experience in the legal recruitment field. Prior to joining Fox Rodney, Chloe worked for a boutique legal search firm and undertook partner level searches across many practice areas.

Danny is a Consultant at Fox Rodney.
He has a degree in Law and German from Trinity College Dublin and prior to joining Fox Rodney in 2020 he was a legal executive with a small Irish firm and before that he worked at the Bar Council as a legal assistant.
Danny joined Fox Rodney as a Research Associate and was promoted to a Consultant in March 2022, where he now covers both private practice and in-house assignments.
Funke is the Director of Finance at Fox Rodney. She is responsible for financial reporting and manages the financial operations.
Funke holds a BSc in Accounting and is a Certified Chartered Accountant.
Helmut is a Managing Director at Fox Rodney and leads our German practice, focusing on recruiting partners and teams for German and international law firms across Germany.
With extensive experience in partner searches, partner representation, team moves and new office launches, Helmut has been responsible for some of the most high-profile lateral moves in the German market.
He has been working in legal recruitment since 2004 and joined Fox Rodney in 2019 from another major international legal search boutique, where he led the German private practice division and jointly managed the broader German business.
Helmut qualified as a German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) in 1999 and practiced law for over five years: in-house with a major insurance company and with Ashurst in Frankfurt and London in the corporate/M&A department. He is also a UK qualified solicitor.
James is a Research Associate in our London office.
He works as part of our research team to provide in-depth administrative support to the London office in relation to client and candidate management.
James graduated from Cardiff University with a Law Degree. He has completed work experience at law firms and previously worked at Atom Supplies.
Jan is a Director at Fox Rodney. He joined in 2018 from another leading international legal search boutique to establish the Munich office.
He has started working in the legal recruitment industry in 2009 and spent his career assisting law firms with their strategic growth decisions. At Fox Rodney, Jan works across the German market, advising on senior level recruitment. With his extensive experience he is focusing on partners, team moves and strategic searches, like office openings.
He studied law at the University of Bayreuth in Germany and spend part of his legal training at the Munich office of Heussen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft. He then was admitted as a German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) in 2009.
Jun is a Senior Consultant at Fox Rodney. He specialises in partner placements at UK, US and international law firms in London.
He has a law degree from the University of Liverpool and has worked in legal recruitment and executive search since 2017, joining Fox Rodney in 2019 from another boutique legal search firm where he undertook partner level searches within different practice areas.

Kate is a Senior Resourcing Consultant in Fox Rodney's Dublin office. Her remit covers both in-house (from Junior in-house lawyers to Head of Legal / General Counsel) and private practice (Newly Qualified to Senior Associate) across all practice areas.
She joined Fox Rodney in 2015 as a Consultant from another leading legal recruitment firm in Dublin and became a Senior Consultant in 2018. She has over 7 years' experience recruiting in the Dublin legal market and also assisting Irish qualified solicitors to relocate to London.
Kate studied Law at Trinity College, Dublin and the University of Edinburgh and qualified as a barrister in Ireland in 2011.

Kimran is a Marketing and Operations Executive, based in our London Office.
She provides support to the Director of Operations, primarily focusing on the marketing function but also assisting with the day to day running of the business and supporting the Research team. She executes the annual marketing strategy and implements the marketing plan.
Kimran graduated with a First Class in BSc (Hons.) Business and Management with a Year in Industry from Aston University in 2021. She completed her placement year as a Project Manager in The Barristers Chambers, Chancery Lane.
Pooja is a Senior Consultant at Fox Rodney, having joined in 2009. Based in the London office, she focuses on retained partner searches and partner candidate representation, as well as team moves and lift outs. She specialises in the IP, IT, life sciences, energy, litigation, corporate, insurance, real estate and financial services sectors.
After reading law at City University, London and completing her Legal Practice Course at The College of Law, Pooja trained as a solicitor at Steeles Law LLP and qualified into the firm's Commercial Property team in 2007.
Portia is a Managing Director at Fox Rodney and Head of our Dublin office. She leads the partner, associate and in-house businesses in Ireland and is responsible for driving forward our legal recruitment and executive search offering in the Irish market.
In addition, Portia also specialises in recruiting in the London legal market, focusing on partner level placements at major UK and international law firms, as well as in-house recruitment.
With over 15 years' recruitment experience, Portia has a wealth of experience in placing partners and associates in law firms and large corporates in both London and Ireland. Portia joined Fox Rodney in 2014 from another leading recruitment practice.
Romain is an Associate Director at Fox Rodney. He joined the team in 2019 from a leading legal recruitment firm in Sydney.
Romain is based in Paris and looks after recruitment at all levels. He also focuses on the Australian and Japanese markets, advising global law firms on their recruitment of overseas lawyers and successfully completing strategic assignments in both markets.
Formerly a French-qualified lawyer, Romain worked in the corporate/M&A and finance departments of several French & International firms in Paris, Sydney and Ulan Bator before moving into legal recruitment. He also holds Master's degrees in Financial Law and Tax Law from University Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne.

Simon is a French-qualified lawyer and practiced at Latham & Watkins before moving into legal recruitment. He holds a Master's degree in European Law from University Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne and an LLB from Kings College.

Stephen founded Fox Rodney in 2000 with Adrian Fox to deliver exceptional legal recruitment and executive search services to private practice and in-house clients internationally. As Executive Chairman, Stephen leads the strategic direction of Fox Rodney and drives forward our company vision and values.
Stephen qualified as a solicitor with Berwin Leighton in 1989. He moved into legal recruitment in 1990, becoming Managing Director of the market leading specialist legal recruitment consultancy in 1998.
At Fox Rodney, Stephen specialises in retained partner searches, partner representation, team moves and new office openings for International, UK and US firms. He has a wealth of experience in these areas and provides strategic knowledge and market insight to our breadth of clients.
Tamasin is Director of Operations at Fox Rodney and oversees the operations function across all of our offices. She focuses on managing business improvement projects as well as ensuring that all areas of the business are running efficiently. Tamasin has worked in operations and EA roles in a range of sectors including PR & Communications, Education, IP and Business Psychology.
Yédidia is a Senior Consultant, based in our Paris Office. He joined the team in 2022 after a three years' experience in another legal recruitment firm in Paris.
