Layer all of the ingredients in a serving dish: the herring, the onions, the potatoes, the eggs, the carrots, and the GLOBUS Beets... Dice the mushrooms and sauté with the oil in a skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix in the sour cream.
