Bob heads the Digital Design department. As a marketing and design specialist for over 30 years, he has been creating marketing and design solutions for businesses that continue to build brand equity.
He has created solutions for clients such as Kean University, Disney, Colgate-Palmolive, Viacom, Dairyland/Chefs Warehouse, HBO, Showtime, Microsoft, Boston Properties, ESG, Mac Lowe Properties, Columbia House, United Way, Double Tree Hotels, the townships of Woodbridge, Point Pleasant Beach, Glassboro and Springfield Township and many of the top NYC ad agencies.
Bob has created advertising and marketing solutions that are cutting edge and highly creative. His industry accolades include Art Directors Award, Print's Regional Design Annual Award, Art Directors Club Award, and Excellence Award from the Association of Graphic Communications. Prior to working at Gruskin Group, Bob ran his own design firm, Barking Lion, Inc., along with his brother, Jeff Barcan, for 20 years.
Bob holds a BA in Visual Communications from Pratt Institute (graduated with highest honors).

Elizabeth is a Senior Graphic Designer specializing in environmental graphics. She has over 13 years of experience creating signage and unique, branded environments for clients such as Verizon, Colgate-Palmolive, Mariner's Bank, First Atlantic and Transwestern.
Elizabeth previously worked as a Personal Assistant at The Lifework Studio. She has won awards from The Art Directors Club and NJ ADCLUB.
Elizabeth graduated with a BA from the School of Visual Arts.

Jeff is a creative director specializing in brand experience and identity. He has helped companies connect their brands to their customers through design. Clients include Disney, Verizon, Microsoft, McGraw Hill, The New York Times, United Way, and Colgate-Palmolive.
Classically trained in both Visual Communications and Architecture, Jeff applies his unique skill set to projects that require the merging of branding and graphics with physical space allowing the environment to tell the story. He has served on the Board of the Art Directors Club of NJ for seven years and is an annual guest lecturer at Kean University, where he has hosted classes - the science of retail anthropology and a design education event branded Let's Charrette.
Prior to working at Gruskin Group, Jeff ran his own design firm, Barking Lion, Inc., along with his brother, Bob Lyons, for 20 years. His design work wins awards annually from regional and national competitions: Print Magazine; Communication Arts; AGC (Association for Graphic Communications); How Magazine; Art Directors Club and NJ ADCLUB.
Jeff has a BA in Architecture and Visual Communications from Pratt Institute.
Ken founded Gruskin Group and has over 30 years of design and architecture experience. He has a wide range of clients in the wireless telecommunications, specialty retail, restaurant, entertainment, insurance, financial, pharmaceutical, museum, real estate, residential, and non-profit industries.
His work and articles have been published in numerous publications, both national and international. He has been a guest on CNN TV, Bloomberg TV & Radio, and NJ News TV, and is currently a member of the ARE DREAM Team. He has won many awards for his architectural work, graphic design, and photography.
He is a licensed architect in 50 states, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico; NJ Licensed Professional Planner; NJ Certified Interior Designer; Member of AIA, NCARB Certified, RDI, ARE, USGBC, ICSC, ISP, and ICC.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Cornell University with a Master in Architecture from Harvard University.

Pete serves as the lead designer/art director for the firms' digital service offerings. As a multidisciplinary designer with over 20 years of experience in the creative field, Pete has worked with such clients as Verizon, Colgate-Palmolive, Rutgers University, United Way, and has won awards with the Art Directors Club, Hermes Creative Awards, and NJ Ad Club.
Before pivoting into design, Pete worked at MetLife as a Marketing Consultant developing and executing corporate marketing campaigns to large Fortune 500 customers.
Pete holds a BS in Business Management with a minor in Operations & Information Management from the University of Scranton.
Vicky is the lead web developer on the team and has expanded her role to project production and marketing. With over 13 years of experience working on both internal and client-based projects, Vicky has worked with clients such as United Way, Kean University, and Verizon. Over her career, she has won a Webby, Art Directors Club of NJ, and NJ Ad Club awards.
Prior to her time at Gruskin Creative, Vicky worked on in-house web development teams at EarthCam and WBGO in Newark, NJ.
Vicky received her BS in Information Technology, graduating cum laude, from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
