MARCEL

Marcel is currently serving a three-year term on the Hearing Committee in the District II disciplinary district for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He also currently holds the Chairman of the Pennsylvania Democratic Committee position. He has served on the Appellate Court Procedural Rules Committee of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court since his appointment in 2004. He has served as a member of the Democratic National Committee also since 2004, and in 2017, he was elected to the Executive Board of the Democratic National Committee. Marcel has been active in politics in Bucks and Montgomery counties for 30 years, having served as Chair of the Montgomery County Democratic Committee since 1994, and Finance Chair of the Bucks County Democratic Party. He has also served as a member of the Pennsylvania Democratic State committee since 1994.
