Danelle Shaw

Danelle Shaw is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years' experience in Pain Management. Danelle obtained her BSN RN at Baker University in Topeka, Kansas in 2002, followed by her Master's Degree in Nursing at Washburn University, also in Topeka Kansas in 2012. Danelle is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Danelle enjoys getting to know her patients and assist them to maximize their functional capacity and manage their pain. In addition to managing chronic pain with medications, Danelle also provides various joint, bursa and trigger point injections. In her spare time, Danelle likes to spend time with her husband Ryan and her two children. She also is active with taking care of their small farm. Danelle enjoys gardening and baking.

Dr. John Massey

Dr. John Massey has over 20 years of diverse experience, especially in pain management and treatment of chronic pain in Nebraska. Dr. Massey is focused on helping patients return to their normal lives by relieving pain with treatments such as epidural steroids, radio-frequency neurotomy for facet joint spondylosis, and kyphoplasty procedure for vertebral fractures. Furthermore, he also has extensive clinical experience with spinal cord stimulation and has taught this procedure to other pain specialists on a national level. Dr. Massey is an adjunct faculty member of the UNMC Department of Family Medicine and has taught residents and medical students in this capacity. Working to better the industry of pain management, Dr. John Massey is the Task Force Chair of the Nebraska HHS Pain Guidance Document working group which has recently published pain guidelines for all state clinicians via a CDC grant. John is married to his wife Julie. They have three grown children; Katie, Libby, and Ben. He enjoys golf, piano and playing with his German Shepherd, Gabby. Dr. Massey is also Board Certified as an Independent Medical Examiner. In addition, he is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Nebraska Air National Guard in the 155th Air Refueling Wing Medical.

Dr. Liane Donovan

Dr. Liane Donovan has over 20 years of experience in treating pain patients in Nebraska. She excels in treating a wide variety of pain conditions in the spine and other areas. Dr. Donovan helps patients get back to the life they were once living by performing treatments such as epidural steroid injections, radio-frequency neuroablation for spondylosis or migraine treatment, vertebral insufficiency fractures with kyphoplasty, and Botox injections. As part of the treatment process, Dr. Donovan includes multiple modalities of treatment including physical therapy, chiropractic care, medication management strategies, and behavioral therapies, to treat a variety of chronic pain issues. Outside of the exam room, she has held leadership roles throughout the state in the development of best practice treatments and works with third party payers to determine the best practice for radio-frequency neuroablation. Dr. Donovan is involved in teaching other clinicians in didactic continuing medical education sessions. She is also a member of the task force with the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) that helps develop pain medication guidelines. Liane is married to her husband Greg. They have the joy of watching their two children, Sara and Reid, grow and become successful adults. She enjoys sports, outdoor activities, art, gardening, and cooking. She also enjoys creating original, handmade fine jewelry.

Lisa Ostendorf

Lisa is the mom of 3 beautiful children and has 3 beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys working out, being with family and friends, traveling, learning new things to better her career. She also spends time with her mom Kathy and dog Coco Chanel.
