Officially formed in 30th March 2011, MIPFM was first known as Malaysian Association of Professional Property... Institut Pengurus Harta dan Fasiliti Malaysia [Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers] (MIPFM ) formerly known as Malaysian Institute of Professional Property Managers (MIPPM) was founded in 2011 through the spirit of cooperation and professional commitment by the private practitioners to promote the role of Property Managers, Asset Manager and Facilities Manager in Malaysia. The Mission Statement of MIPFM also include upholding the integrity of the profession, to upkeep and promote the development of the profession.
