Harrison Graham joined Munn Gray & Associates in 2022 as a Financial Advisor. He works with his clients on comprehensive planning to build wealth and preserve assets. Background and Experience Harrison attended high school in Switzerland and is fluent in German. His education abroad helped foster his appreciation of different cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds. After graduation from high school, Harrison accepted a position working for the owner of Alghanim Industries, one of the largest privately owned companies in the Persian Gulf. Harrison traveled throughout the Middle East and Mediterranean and developed a passion for financial planning and investing. Harrison continued his education at Eastern Connecticut State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Finance. While at ECSU, Harrison was selected for an internship in the Office of Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont assisting senior staff. Upon completion of his internship, Governor Lamont offered Harrison a full-time position as a Legislative Advisor serving in a mission critical role as Governor Lamont's lead for the Committees on General Law, Children, and Higher Education, as well as the lead for the Covid-19 Joint Information Center. Harrison possesses a passion for financial literacy and currently serves as Vice President on the board of a 501(c)(3) that focuses on investor education as it relates to technical analysis and investing. In his spare time, Harrison strives to enhance his knowledge in financial planning and investing to better serve his clients. He enjoys walking with his wife and dog, serving at his church, golfing and cooking.

Irv Munn - President

Irv Munn is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and president of Munn Gray & Associates. He previously was a certified public accountant and the president of Irving Munn, P.C., a public accounting firm until he sold the firm several years ago to focus his full attention on financial planning. He has been providing financial planning services to clients for over 30 years. In addition to his certification as a CFP® professional, Irv holds Series 7 and 63 licenses and a Texas life and health insurance license. He is a frequent speaker on various business, tax and financial planning topics. Background and Experience Irv graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1971 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He received a Master of Public Health degree in Health Administration from the University of Texas in 1973. He subsequently completed his accounting studies through the graduate program at the University of Texas at Dallas.

Laura Fleites

Laura Fleites joined Munn Gray & Associates in 2022 as a portfolio trading assistant during her final semester of university. Her desire to learn and excel allowed her to quickly grasp the company's investment philosophy and process and she now plays a critical role in managing clients' investments. Laura graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas where she received a Bachelor of Science in Finance. During university Laura took a position as an executive assistant for a real estate investment and development company. She also completed summer internships relating to marketing and business to consumer sales. Laura also partook in the launch of two career networking and job placement companies where she helped pair young cybersecurity and computer programming professionals, from under-privileged communities, with start-up companies that needed their expertise. Laura has always had a passion for helping her community. Having immigrated from Cuba when she was 6 years old, she witnessed her family start from the very bottom to create a better life for themselves. This made her realize that with a little guidance, knowledge and sacrifice, anyone can enjoy a comfortable life. Laura hopes to be that guide to her clients so that they may dedicate their time to their families and their passions without financial worry. In her downtime Laura enjoys going to the gym, reading mystery books, and listening to true crime podcasts. She loves going on walks with her dogs, Shiner and Ilyss, and spending time with her family.

Morgan Roper

Morgan was born in Lancaster, California and moved to Texas as a child. She later attended James Martin High School in Arlington, Texas. After graduating High School in 2015, Morgan moved to San Angelo, Texas to attend college. Through her hard work and determination Morgan graduated from Angelo State University in only three years with a Bachelors in Business Administration in 2018. After graduation Morgan started working for the Arlington Independent School District as the STEM Lab Manager. Her passion working with children along with keeping them on a schedule sharpened her organizational, administrative and leadership skills. This drive flawlessly transitioned Morgan into the Administrative Assistant position for Munn Gray & Associates in the spring of 2019 and is now our Client Service Associate. Morgan is the proud aunt of 5 and enjoys spending her free time spoiling them. She also enjoys taking her 3 dogs, Bandit, Eden and Bonnie to run around at the dog park or playing a round of golf.

Rebecca Criswell

Rebecca is a Texas native who grew up attending school in Mesquite, Texas. There, she was involved in numerous projects that helped to shape her interest in communication and interaction with others, including show choir and student council. After high school, Rebecca attended the University of Texas at Arlington and received her Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Communications with a Minor in Communications Studies in 2012. All the while, she managed to hold down a part-time job and participate in an after-school program called ‘UTA News en Español'. Background Staying busy has never been a problem for Rebecca, which is why she's always been a perfect fit for the teams she's been a part of. These have included marketing, procurement, and order fulfillment teams, with each promoting Rebecca through their ranks based on her hard work and diligence on the job. Hired as an assistant to a marketing director, she has quickly promoted to the position of marketing director herself. From there, she worked in the procurement office of a neuroscience department before moving on to work in order fulfillment at a family furniture store and finally manage the customer accounts there. That drive to keep moving onward and upward is something that Rebecca is proud to bring to Munn Gray & Associates - and something the company is proud to have represented in one of our employees. Working with the delicate issues of people's financial futures may be one of the most important tasks Rebecca's career path has ever led her to, but as part of the expert staff here at Munn Gray & Associates, she is sure to continue handling the challenge just as well as she has every other one life has presented her.

Susanne Gray

Susanne Gray is the Office Manager for Munn Gray & Associates. Susanne has over 15 years of experience working as a Paralegal, primarily in the estate planning area of law. She has extensive experience with trusts, wills, powers of attorney, as well as the transferring of assets upon disability or death. Susanne was raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, attended Jenks High School, the University of Oklahoma, completed her degree in legal studies at Oklahoma City University and obtained her Paralegal Certification. Susanne's husband, Roy, is a partner with Munn Gray & Associates. They were married on Valentine's Day in 1998 and have two beautiful adopted children. Susanne loves being a Mom and spending time with her family. She also enjoys traveling, shopping, scrapbooking, and decorating
