Amber Clouse is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC. Amber comes to Patriot with more than 20 years of business-focused human resources experience, spending most of her career in professional services. As the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Amber oversees Patriot's greatest assets, our people. She is responsible for building and implementing people strategies and programs that support our ambitious growth and evolving organization while preserving and enhancing our core culture. Prior to joining Patriot, Amber served as a Director of Human Resources at Mazars USA LLP, a leading accounting, tax, and consulting firm. In this position, she was responsible for all human resources functions for three locations and consulting firmwide, as well as a key member of the mergers and acquisition team. During her time with Mazars, Amber led several highly visible HR culture initiatives that resulted in higher employee engagement and satisfaction such as flexible work schedules, a dress-for-your-day policy, and an agile workforce program. Amber also supported the firm's diversity and inclusion program by sitting on the Women@Mazars Steering Committee and by serving as the firm's Affirmative Action Officer. Amber graduated from the University of Pittsburgh earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She resides in Eagleville, Pennsylvania with her husband, Brian and her children, Jenna and Bryce. She enjoys collecting wine, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Caroline Smith - SVP

Caroline Smith is the SVP, Deputy General Counsel & Compliance Officer for Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC. Caroline has over 15 of experience in the legal compliance area, 12 of which were in the insurance industry. As the SVP, Deputy General Counsel & Compliance Officer, Caroline works closely with Patriot's internal HR, Acquisition, and Operations teams and assists Patriot's partner agencies and their clients. Caroline's responsibilities as part of the Patriot Growth Team include but are not limited to licensing and insurance compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, and due diligence compliance issues, internal employee benefit plan and other HR compliance matters, and leading employee benefits carrier consolidation, relationships and contracting efforts. Caroline also advises consultants, brokers, and employers on difficult health and welfare plan compliance issues, drafts alerts and newsletters on critical benefits issues, drafts and reviews plan documents, summary plan descriptions, and other required notices and documents. Prior to joining Patriot in July 2019, Caroline served as the Vice President of Compliance at AssuredPartners for over five years. While at AssuredPartners, Caroline sat beside employee benefits executives from around the country as a member of the AssuredPartners' National Benefits Committee. Caroline led the national compliance effort for AssuredPartners' employee benefits agencies, assisting hundreds of clients of all sizes. Additionally, she assisted with the firm's own corporate compliance efforts. Prior to her time at AssuredPartners, Caroline served as an Associate Attorney focusing on employee benefits law at both Findley, a regional consulting firm, and a boutique law firm in her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. Caroline graduated from Miami University of Ohio earning her Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude, in American Studies. Caroline then earned her Juris Doctorate, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Akron School of Law where she was an Assistant and Associate Editor for the Akron Law Review and a C. Blake McDowell Full Scholarship recipient. Caroline is admitted to Practice Law in the State of Ohio and the Northern District of Ohio. Outside of work, Caroline serves as Co- President of the St. Mary School Parent Student Organization and coaches her oldest daughter's CYO basketball team. Greg Parker

Mr. Parker is Vice President of Operations at Patriot Growth Insurance Services serving on the Agency Growth Team. Greg brings a unique perspective to this role after serving as an agency principal and sales executive during his 34-year insurance industry career. A primary role of Greg's is to serve as an agency advocate during the earn-out and post earn-out period. He proactively assists agency principals and producers meet and exceed their growth objectives by deploying Patriot's depth of tools, resources, and relationships. Before joining Patriot's Agency Growth Team, Greg was an agency principal and partner at Turner Insurance & Bonding, a Patriot partner agency in Alabama. He was instrumental in helping them move away from being a generalist-type agency to become a boutique agency focusing on large accounts and excellence in client service. He also spent time in a sales leadership role at a Fortune 100 company, and then founded Fountain, Parker, Harbarger & Associates, an independent insurance agency providing personal, commercial, surety, and employee benefits. Mr. Parker enjoys being outdoors golfing, hiking, jogging, and taking his grandchildren out on his pontoon. He and his wife, Phyllis, have five children and seven grandchildren who lovingly call him Papa G.

Ian Larson is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC ("Patriot"). In this role, Ian is the chief legal advisor for Patriot and has general responsibility for and oversight over all legal, compliance, and governance matters affecting Patriot, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective businesses. Ian designs and implements strategies to avoid, mitigate, and manage risks in Patriot's business activities while supporting Patriot's growth strategies and promoting and protecting Patriot's interests with a variety of external parties. Ian frequently counsels Patriot's board, executives, and agency leaders in a wide range of matters, including agency acquisitions and other transactions, regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection, crisis management, organizational policies and procedures, litigation, arrangements with business partners, personnel issues, executive compensation, and equity incentives. Ian also administers the Patriot Growth Charitable Fund, which was organized to support charitable missions in the communities in which Patriot's agencies operate across the United States. Prior to joining Patriot, Ian served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for AssuredPartners, Inc. In his role with AssuredPartners, Ian led the legal function of the internal acquisitions team of AssuredPartners, assisting AssuredPartners in closing over 150 acquisitions during his tenure. Prior to his time with AssuredPartners, Ian was a corporate and transactional attorney with several large law firms. Ian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida and a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law. Ian resides in Tampa, Florida with his wife Merissa and their two daughters Sophia and Elena. John Galaviz - CFO

John Galaviz, a senior executive with financial and operational expertise, is Patriot Growth Insurance Service, LLC's Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As CFO, John oversees all aspects of the financial management of Patriot, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and capital raising. He also works closely with Patriot's private equity partners and cross-functional teams to help drive growth and profitability. Before joining Patriot, Mr. Galaviz was CFO of Relation Insurance Services, Inc. where he was responsible for all finance and accounting activities in addition to partnering with sales operations. Prior to Relation, John was CFO of Worldwide Facilities, LLC, a private equity owned wholesale broker and MGA. During his four-year tenure at Worldwide, Mr. Galaviz was instrumental in the successful 2019 sale to Genstar and the subsequent sale to Amwins in 2021. Before Worldwide, John held CFO and other executive roles with Answer Financial, Symetra Financial, and Merrill Lynch Investment Banking. Mr. Galaviz holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan, and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Mr. Gardner is Founder & CEO of Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC. He is a passionate student of the insurance distribution industry, having spent his entire 30-year career in the space. Prior to co-founding Patriot, he was Regional President of AssuredPartners, Inc. (AP), one of the largest and fastest-growing insurance agencies in the United States. At AP, Mr. Gardner had strategic, financial and operational responsibility for its business in the Mid-Atlantic region, including acquisition sourcing and integration. AP is one of the insurance industry's most notable success stories, acquiring over 150 agencies in its first five years of existence. Prior to AP, Mr. Gardner was a shareholder, Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Executive Committee of Bollinger, Inc., one of the nation's largest privately held insurance services firms prior to its sale to Arthur J. Gallagher in 2013. In addition to the above, Mr. Gardner has held executive positions at Aon Corporation and Commerce Insurance Services. Mr. Gardner presently serves on the Board of Directors of Roman Catholic High School for Boys in Philadelphia, and previously served on the Board of Specified Jurisdiction of John W. Hallahan Catholic Girls' High School. He served with distinction on the Board of Directors of The Philadelphia Hero Scholarship Fund, established to support the children of Philadelphia Police Officers and Firefighters disabled or killed in the line of duty; Mr. Gardner himself was a recipient of college tuition assistance from the Hero Scholarship Fund. In addition, Mr. Gardner served on the Board of the Philadelphia Children's Advocacy Center, providing vital services to the city's most vulnerable children. Finally, he has been active with the non-profit Bridges to Community, traveling extensively in Central America leading groups that provide economic and capacity-building support to deeply impoverished areas. Mr. Gardner holds a B.S. in Finance from Drexel University in Philadelphia, and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. Patrick Savage is the Chief Operating Officer for Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC. Patrick joins Patriot with over 25 years of insurance agency and brokerage experience. As the Chief Operating Officer, Patrick oversees Patriot's day to day operations and integration of new Partner Agencies. He works with Patriot's Regional and National leadership teams to support above average organic growth, implement best in class operating procedures, and provide valuable operational and financial business insight to our leaders and colleagues so that they can make better informed decisions. He serves as a subject matter expert in areas of operating models, process and systems optimization, data visualization and insight, financial transition, M&A integration, and strategic planning. He enjoys collaborating with, coaching and mentoring the members of our team to be the best they can be. Prior to joining Patriot, Patrick served as SVP and CFO of NFP's Central Region, and his prior experience included serving as COO of NFP's Central Region Property and Casualty division, and as COO of Hylant. Patrick began his career in public accounting, is a Certified Public Accountant, and earned his BA in Accounting and Economics at the University of Michigan. He resides in Ann Arbor, Michigan with his wife, April, and children Jack and Scarlett. Steve Carroll

Steve brings a unique blend of experience in sourcing, analyzing, executing, and fostering a diverse set of high-profile transactions around the world. Steve initially joined Willis Group Holdings' retail commercial business, specifically the P&C large account and international practices. In 2009, Steve joined Willis Capital Markets & Advisory (WCMA), a leading boutique investment banking firm focused exclusively on the insurance sector. During his time within WCMA, Mr. Carroll performed a variety of advisory and transactional services including financial analyses targeting (re)insurance underwriters, brokerage firms, managing general agents as well as service providers. Steve was a vital part of driving and managing various prospective pitching efforts and live mandate assignments. At the end of 2012, Steve moved back to New York from the London, U.K. office and joined Willis Group Holdings' Global Corporate Development and Mergers and Acquisition team. In this role, he assisted in the sourcing, identification and evaluation of present and future inorganic opportunities for the firm, working alongside the Company's senior leadership team. Steve was directly involved in making critical recommendations to key senior executives and Board members regarding various complimentary, bolt-on and transformational type of transactions. Over his tenure, he was also a crucial part in the development of Company's global inorganic business plan and coordination of this strategy.
