Ben is a co-founder of Pine Wave Energy Partners and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. A member of the Board of Directors, he concentrates on Pine Wave's acquisition evaluations and operations.
Prior to founding Pine Wave, Ben served as a Vice President and General Manager of Operations for Covey Park Energy, where he directed a multi-disciplinary team focused on delineating the company's Haynesville and Bossier Shale reserves. Prior to Covey Park, Ben served in multiple engineering roles, including asset management and business development for EXCO Resources.
Ben earned a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University.

Stephen is a co-founder of Pine Wave Energy Partners and serves as its Executive Vice President and General Counsel. He concentrates on Pine Wave's legal and land aspects and is a member of the Board of Directors.
Most recently, he co-founded and directed Bonanza Mineral Partners, which acquired and managed a portfolio of mineral and royalty assets in east Texas and northwest Louisiana. Stephen is Board Certified in Oil, Gas, and Mineral Law and formerly practiced law full-time with Harris, Finley & Bogle, P.C., where he advised landowners and operators in oil and gas transactions.
Stephen earned a B.A. in Economics from Texas Christian University and a J.D. from the SMU Dedman School of Law.
