RUTGERS RUNNING CLUB

The Rutgers Running Club was founded in the Fall of 2013 by a small group of runners that noticed a lack of a running community at Rutgers New Brunswick. Since becoming an official Rutgers Sport Club, the club has grown from a small group of distance runners to a diverse organization of recreational and competitive runners that participate in distance, track, and field events. We joined NIRCA (National Intercollegiate Running Club Association) in March of 2015. Our mission is to promote running within the Rutgers community and create a positive running environment for runners of any type, casual or competitive! RRC is what you make of it, if you're looking for a continued competitive experience similar to highschool running, race with us. If you're looking for a casual running experience, come to practice when you've got the time. As long as you want to run, we're the club for you!
