Danielle Wintrip - CMO

A consultant, strategist, and fractional marketing director, Danielle is a marketing communications with 25 years of extensive global experience in tech and marketing, including 10 years leading Wintrip Communications. She has served prestigious organizations in industries as diverse as banking, logistics, consulting, medical education, branding, elder management, and more. Danielle holds a four-year BA from McGill, supplemented by two post-graduate diplomas.

Keith Monrose - Founder

Keith Monrose is a co-founder of Silver Sherpa Inc. and is the Executive Director of Seneca International where he leads global post-secondary initiatives. Keith held previous leadership positions in the post-secondary, health and technology sectors at McMaster University, Mohawk College, Merck Canada, Canada Health Infoway and Telus. Throughout his career, Keith has led or contributed to transformation initiatives focused on organization alignment, performance and growth strategies. He is a frequent speaker on the future of work and volunteers on a number of sector advisory groups, committees and boards.

Lisa MacDonald

Lisa MacDonald joined Silver Sherpa as a Client Director in 2023. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Diploma in Family Mediation Lisa brings a unique perspective to the team. Her many years of experience as an entrepreneur and business owner, combined with her experience as a family mediation intake counselor, and as a primary family caregiver and advocate make her uniquely positioned to understand client needs. She has recently taken on additional responsibilities as a Client Solutions Executive. Lisa is passionate about using her skills and personal experience to help elderly individuals and their families navigate through the complex systems of hospitals, retirement homes, assisted living and long-term care homes. Sharing this knowledge helps her advocate for her clients in making difficult decisions. She also uses her education in conflict resolution and experience in family mediation to support families involved in legal disputes.

Rhonda Sloane

Rhonda has had a long and successful career navigating complex health and community care systems. She has led teams in complex case management specializing in psychogeriatric behavioral issues, and created and led training programs for over 100 nurses in managing behavioral disturbances for geriatric patients affected by dementia. Rhonda also spent more than 20 years in senior management roles at a large and well-known charity. At Silver Sherpa, Rhonda is the team leader for complex psychogeriatric/behavioral issues, complex care clients, and legal cases. In addition, she develops and delivers professional development workshops to internal staff on critical topics, including dementia care. And Rhonda knows first-hand what it's like to support family members through challenging health issues like chronic cognitive impairment. Rhonda is a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. With her personal experience, Rhonda consistently builds strong, trusting relationships with her Silver Sherpa clients. She brings a sense of calm in the face of challenges which helps her to solve client problems and achieve their goals. She is passionate about her work assisting clients at work and caring for her family at home.

Sharon Robson

Sharon brings more than thirty years of community health care and senior nursing management experience to the team. She has led and implemented programs focused on service excellence, as well as building trusted relationships with internal and external partners. She has worked closely with Local Health Integration Networks and other community stakeholders in Ontario and is known for her skills in managing change in complex environments. At Silver Sherpa Inc., Sharon leads the team of Client Directors to deliver exemplary service to our clients. She is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the client experience and for monitoring quality performance metrics. As a Registered Nurse, Sharon is a member of the College of Nurses of Ontario and the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario. She is a Board Member of Shelter Them - a mission to empower vulnerable and underprivileged children in Rwanda and is a past Board Member of Kennedy Road Tabernacle.

Susan J. Hyatt

Our CEO and Co-founder Susan Hyatt, an international healthcare expert and corporate strategist, founded Silver Sherpa after both of her own elderly parents went into crisis. During this difficult and stressful period, she realized the critical need for a single point of contact - a professional person that could be trusted to step back, see the big picture, and figure out pragmatic and cost-effective next steps. Susan is passionate about changing the way we look at ageing and is determined to empower her clients with innovative ways to embrace the longevity revolution. As an entrepreneur in her third retirement, Susan draws on more than 40 years of experience as a corporate strategist, management consultant, business executive, teacher, expert in transforming health care systems, dealmaker, and clinical physical therapist. Known for her pragmatic common-sense approach, she is widely quoted on smart ageing, eldercare, and estate planning issues. You can read her articles in various national publications or professional trade magazines such as The Globe and Mail's Report on Business, The Lawyer's Daily, the Financial Independence Hub or Canadian HR Reporter. She regularly appears on television and radio. Susan has served on numerous public and corporate Boards of Directors and Commissions in Canada, Australia, Ireland, and the United States including St Michael's Hospital Board of Directors in Toronto. She is a member of the Canadian College of Health Service Executives and the International Federation on Ageing. She serves as Past President of the Estate Planning Council of Halton and is a member of the Oakville Chamber of Commerce and the Verity Club in Toronto. Susan holds a post-graduate certification in Negotiations from Harvard Law School / MIT and a Master's in Business Administration with a specialty in International Business from Griffith University, Australia. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy specializing in critical care/trauma from the University of Toronto where she taught in the Faculty of Medicine.
