Diana Meyer - Chief Risk Officer, SVP
Dr. Bo Tao, CTO, will drive product innovation across FourKites' technology portfolio with a particular focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning, as well as customer-led product growth. Tao is an experienced engineering leader and an industry veteran, having worked in the logistics and software industry for over 20 years. His expertise spans full-stack development, machine learning and data engineering, with experience at NEXT Trucking, Google, Symantec, Dell Technologies and Cheetah Mobile. Tao holds 10 patents, as well as a PhD from Princeton University.

Lydia Wilson has been appointed as the company's Chief People Officer. This included consolidating the go-to-market operations of nine acquired businesses into one horizontal platform business, that grew revenue by 60% over two years.

During his tenure, Derek established SaaS go-to-market operations for newly acquired businesses while transitioning traditional print businesses globally. During his 20+ year career, Dean has led several large sales teams through organizational growth and expansion, culminating in the integration of the high-performing sales and customer success organization at Evercommerce.
In a related move, Vishal Arora was promoted to the position of Chief Technology Officer, responsible for all Syndigo technology roadmap strategy and implementation globally, including integration of acquisitions, platform migrations, and enabling continued scalability and innovation. Arora was previously SVP, Engineering at Syndigo, where he led the company's software engineering teams. Before joining Syndigo in 2021, he held senior leadership roles at software development companies Perforce and Entrust, leading global and North America engineering teams. Tim Erlin joins Wallarm as the Head of Product, bringing more than 20 years of cybersecurity product management experience to the team. He spent the early part of his career in vulnerability management, managing and leading products teams at nCircle, Tripwire and Belden. More recently, Tim led the product innovation function at SecurityScorecard. He has expertise in multiple cybersecurity markets, including vulnerability management, configuration assessment, compliance assessment, application security, cloud security, threat intelligence, and attack surface management.
