Mr. Ted L. Caudill - COO

Mr. Ted L. Caudill, Chief Operating Officer of TKC Global Consulting LLC, recently retired from the Atlantic Methanol Production Company (AMPCO). He was employed as the HES Manager and Process Safety Superintendent at the Punta Europa plant located in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea, West Africa. Mr. Caudill was previously the Process Safety Coordinator for Marathon Oil Company and was responsible for supporting process safety efforts across Marathon's global operations; communicating metrics, best practices and lessons learned; and furthering Marathon's goals for protecting people, environments and assets. Mr. Caudill was with Marathon for 20+ years and has experience in upstream and downstream process safety and environmental compliance. He is a registered Professional Engineer and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, and a Masters of Environmental Engineering degree from Marshall University. Mr. Caudill's advocacy experience includes participation in the American Petroleum Industry's effort to revise Recommended Practice 754 and OSHA's revision of the Process Safety Management regulation. He was also instrumental in drafting industry comments for the Process Safety Subcommittee of the International Association of Oil and Gas Producers.

Ms. Kimberly A. Caudill - President

Ms. Kimberly A. Caudill, President, recently retired from Dow-DuPont, where she was employed as the Environmental Health and Safety Improvement Leader for the Performance Building Solutions business which included 10 plants in North America and Japan. While working for DuPont, Kimberly was responsible for leveraging Dow best practices, and integrating the EH&S work processes, systems and activities into DuPont. During her 30 years of Dow employment, Kimberly was responsible for EH&S improvement capital projects, work process improvements, leadership engagement, business EH&S metrics, leveraging of best practices and leading root cause investigations as well as oversight of all EH&S activities at the 25+ Building Solutions plants globally. Kimberly was also accountable for environmental permitting, plant siting, construction safety and implementing EH&S work processes for multiple chemical plant acquisitions, plant expansions and new plant construction globally. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Gannon University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters of Environmental Engineering from Marshall University.
