Chas Rezner started his professional career in the United States Armed Forces. Upon finishing his service in the Marine Corp., he joined the Operating Engineers Local 12 as an apprentice. Through his 25 years of experience, he became a journeyman to eventually becoming a project superintendent to finally starting his own company. Mr. Rezner possesses a unique quality in that not only does he understand the management side of the business but has knowledge of the field work from his years of hands on experience .. Through his teachings from the Marine Corp, the field, engineering expertise, quality performance, ethical nature and leadership skills, Mr. Rezner has expanded his company, working on some of the largest projects in Southern California.
