Using that "fast turn" approach, TRM Sensor has developed a large number of products in a relatively short span of time. TRM-DFS-3, developed in 2014, does a better job of detecting indoor fuel leaks at a lower price than competitors. TRM-CC, also developed in 2014, was a quick response to a customer request for Crude oil detection in well-head Cellars. The sensor quickly evolved into a general purpose fuel spill sensor for outdoor containments and sumps that is more robust, more corrosion resistant and tolerates 5 times more storm water (without moving floats) than what was on the market when we started. Another customer asked about underground tank monitoring and TRM commercialized sensors that detect both fuel and ground water in a package small enough to fit into the space between walls of double wall tanks and pipe system.
