UC7301R

Some are selling a replacement for this MR77A that looks just like your old part. This is 7301R-01.The capacitors in this replacement are 5uf +5uf. This is for a smaller fan. The capacitors in your old part were 6uf +9uf.. The correct receiver is the 7301R-03, which also looks the same but is for the larger fan "ALTURA".. This receiver uses the 6uf + 9uf., which is the same as your old part. The capacitors determine the speeds for the fan. So if you buy the 7301R-01, your fan, that used the MR77A, will run MUCH slower. Make sure that you get the -03 and you fan will run the correct speeds..
