Mr. Riley founded Urban Realty Partners in 2000. He began his career as a real estate attorney at King & Spalding and later joined Trammell Crow Residential (1985-1990) and Cousins Properties (1990-1998). Mr. Riley received B.A. and J.D. degrees from Vanderbilt University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Congress for the New Urbanism.
Mr. Hughes is responsible for all phases of the organization's project analysis and execution. These responsibilities include underwriting, feasibility analysis, site selection, financing and development management. Mr. Hughes received a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He joined the company in 2004.
Mr. Mitchell works on all phases of project analysis and execution, including underwriting, feasibility analysis, site selection, financing and development management. Mr. Mitchell received a Master's in Real Estate Development & Design from the University of California - Berkeley. He joined the company in 2020.
Mr. Donahue works on all phases of project analysis and execution, including underwriting, feasibility analysis, site selection, financing and development management. Mr. Donahue received a B.S. in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He joined the company in 2015.

As Financial Officer, Mr. Tuohy is responsible for the facilitation of all company financial matters. His primary role is handling financial reporting and tax work for the organization, as well as the financing and funding of current and future projects. In addition, he is taking the lead in investigating new investment opportunities for the company. Mr. Tuohy received a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University. He joined the company in 2005.
