Youth Futures Foundation is the national What Works Centre for youth employment. We want to remove the disparities in employment outcomes that exist for young people facing the greatest challenges helping them find and keep good quality jobs. We do this by undertaking high quality evaluations, building and sharing the evidence of what works, driving evidence-based change in policy and working with employers and practitioners to improve practice... Youth Futures Foundation is an independent, not-for-profit organisation established in December 2019 to improve employment outcomes for young people from marginalised backgrounds.
