ASL - Key Persons
Allan has over 20 years design and implementation experience within IT and GSM modem infrastructures. He joined ASL in 2006 and is responsible for data centre management, the on-going development of ASL's IoT platforms and implementing new value-added services. Allan has a Computer Systems Engineering degree from University of Sussex.
Andy has over 25 years of experience in the electronics and software industry. Andy manages Operations, heading up the team responsible for both supplier management and quality management. Committed to service excellence, Andy is driven to ensure the organisation delivers the best customer experience by ensuring SLA's are met and surpassed.
Craig leads the sales team with a focus on driving business growth and building strong customer relationships. He is responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, expanding the company's market reach, and ensuring that ASL consistently meets and exceeds its sales targets.
Gemma brings extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of ASL's processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. She oversees all internal sales efforts, consistently prioritising the customer experience. Gemma is dedicated to exceeding service level agreements (SLAs), driving the team to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction at every stage.
Kirsten oversees the team responsible for managing SIM operations and support. Kirsten's leadership is key to ensuring timely and accurate management of all airtime-related activities, contributing to the overall success of the team and customer satisfaction. She ensures smooth operations and efficient processes, providing vital support to clients while maintaining high standards of service.
Matt leads IT for ASL. Graduating with a 1st in Computing from De Montfort University. Ensures Matt and his team of developers always provide cutting edge reliable solutions to ASL customers. Matt is responsible for the innovation, development and support of the ASL business systems and applications.
