Abigail has over 15 years' experience across the private and public healthcare sectors. Angela Rossi joined Cleveland Clinic London in 2018 and is accountable for the Human Resources function, providing strategic direction and vision for our People agenda with a dedicated focus on culture and leadership. She has over 20 years of extensive experience within the private healthcare industry. At the international healthcare company Bupa, Angela held both UK focused and global leadership positions. Immediately prior to joining Cleveland Clinic London, Angela was UK Director of Human Resources at Schoen Clinic, where she oversaw the development and execution of its international human resources strategy when it entered the UK from its home market of Germany, opening a specialist hospital and clinic in central London plus the acquisition of facilities nationally.
Professor Bernard Prendergast is the Chair of Cardiology at Cleveland Clinic London and maintains NHS activities as a Consultant Cardiologist at St Thomas' Hospital in Westminster. Before recruitment to London, he trained in Cardiology in Cardiff, Paris and Edinburgh and undertook Consultant posts at Wythenshawe Hospital, Manchester (2001-2007) and the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford (2007-2015). He has extensive experience in all aspects of Cardiology, is a clear communicator and strongly advocates the involvement of patients and families in their care and treatment decisions.
Professor Prendergast is a national and international key opinion leader and in frequent demand as a lecturer and speaker. He has been Honorary Secretary of the British Cardiovascular and Cardiovascular Intervention Societies, and Chairman of the European Society of Cardiology Working Group on Valvular Heart Disease. Research interests focus on the epidemiology and interventional treatment of valvular heart disease and have been associated with the publication of over 400 original articles and book chapters, including high impact leading articles in The New England Journal of Medicine, Circulation, Lancet, European Heart Journal and BMJ.
Professor Prendergast is the incoming Chairman of PCR, the world's largest educational programme in Interventional Cardiology, with an annual flagship meeting in Paris (>12,00 delegates) and satellite meetings in Africa, Asia and the Gulf. He is also principal Course Director of PCR London Valves, the world's largest meeting dedicated to percutaneous valve intervention, attracting a global faculty and over 3,000 international delegates. He lectures regularly in the UK and abroad, and contributes plenary lectures at the world's leading cardiovascular conferences each year.

Dr Alexandra Wu is a leading London Physician in General Internal Medicine and geriatric Medicine. She specialises in diagnosing health problems in elderly people who are frail. Patients who she sees usually have numerous medical conditions which often complicate each other. Dr Alexandra Wu's approach is holistic. She has been managing care for older generations at the Royal Free Hospital in London for more than 25 years. She is currently the Department Chair of Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic London.
Part of her job role involves working in the acute admissions unit (AAU). To care for these patients adequately, she collaborates with her colleagues across various medical and surgical specialties.
Dr Alexandra Wu completed her undergraduate training at the Royal Free School of Medicine, London and graduated in 1983. She undertook postgraduate medical training in Acute Medicine, Geriatric Medicine and Respiratory Medicine in London, completing her training in 1993 with a Lectureship and Honorary Senior Registrar rotation at St Bart's Hospital, Homerton Hospital and Whipps Cross hospital. Dr Wu has dual accreditation in General (Internal) Medicine and Geriatric Medicine. She became a Fellow of the Royal College of Physician, London in 2001.
Dr Alex Wu has been a Consultant Physician in Health Services for Elderly People at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust since 1993, and in 2009 she was appointed Clinical Champion for Integrated Care. Dr Wu served as Clinical Director of Acute Medicine, Health Services for Elderly People and Respiratory Medicine from 2008-2014, setting up the Medical Assessment Unit. She is the founder and champion of Post-Acute Care Enablement and Admission Avoidance programmes, and developed a 23 hour Emergency Assessment Unit and an Elective Ambulatory Care Unit. Dr Wu was appointed Clinical Director of Service Transformation in 2014 and successfully delivered an integrated primary and secondary care service in North Central London for the Royal Free Group.
Professor Andrew McEvoy is a world-leading Consultant Neurosurgeon at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (NHNN), and Reader in Neurosurgery at University College London. He is the clinical lead for neuro-oncology and epilepsy surgery at NHNN.
Professor McEvoy has the largest adult epilepsy surgical practice in the U.K. and leads the surgical arm of the Department of Clinical and Experimental Epilepsy - the preeminent epilepsy research group in Europe. Listed in The Times top UK doctors for his epilepsy and brain tumour surgery, Professor McEvoy's specialist neurooncology service has a particular interest in the prediction and preservation of function during large resective neurosurgical procedures, and the reorganisation of brain function around brain tumours. He has particular expertise in interventional MRI and awake brain surgery. His busy general neurosurgical practice encompasses spinal surgery, trigeminal neuralgia, hydrocephalus, head injury and peripheral nerve surgery. Dr Charles Murray is a Consultant Physician and Gastroenterologist at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust where he is also Clinical Director for Gastroenterology and Endoscopy.
Dr Murray served as Senior Secretary of the British Society of Gastroenterology from 2009-2013. Dr Murray is currently Chair of the Education Committee of United European Gastroenterology, and Past President of the Gastroenterology and Hepatology Section of the Royal Society of Medicine.

Professor Georg Auzinger is a Consultant and Reader in Intensive Care Medicine at King's College London and the Department Chair for Critical Care at Cleveland Clinic London. He has 21 years experience of working as a Consultant in the NHS, and in a number of clinical leadership roles.
Professor Auzinger led King's College Hospital Liver ICU from 2007 until 2015, an Institution with a worldwide reputation for clinical and academic Excellence. He subsequently became Clinical Director for Critical Care at King's, a position he held until 2019 when joining Cleveland Clinic London.
He was awarded the title of Professor of Medicine with Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine in 2021. His academic interests focus around a broad spectrum of applied clinical Research topics in the fields of Liver Failure and Transplantation and extracorporeal life support - ECMO. Professor Auzinger has a special interest in extracorporeal cardio-respiratory assist and Liver Failure. He set up the King's ECMO service in 2012, which he continues to co-direct to date. King's was awarded ELSO Platinum Centre of Excellence status in 2019; the service has made pioneering contributions around ECMO support in Acute Liver Failure and Bridge to Liver Transplantation.
Dr Georg Auzinger is a Consultant and Reader in Intensive Care Medicine at King's College London and the former Clinical Director for Critical Care at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. He has more than 20 years' experience working as a consultant in the NHS. For 8 years he served as the Lead Clinician for the Liver ICU prior to being appointed Director for Critical Care at King's College Hospital, a position he held from 2015 until 2019. Dr Auzinger has a special interest in extracorporeal cardio-respiratory assist and liver failure. He established and co-directs King's College Hospital's ECMO service. In 2021 he was appointed Prof of Medicine with Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University.

Dr Jamanda Haddock is Chair of Hospital Services and Associate Chief of Staff at Cleveland Clinic London. She trained at Oxford University and St. Thomas' Hospital London. She has been a Consultant Radiologist at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust since 1994, and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists. Dr Nick Losseff is a Consultant Neurologist at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in Queen Square and University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He has a major interest in healthcare strategy and has held several senior leadership positions in the NHS, including Medical Director of North Central London NHS and London Clinical Director for Neuroscience and Stroke. Dr Losseff is best known for his work to improve stroke services, having led the highly successful London Stroke Strategy. Dr Paul Jarman is Chair of the Department of Neurology and Neuro-rehabilitation at Cleveland Clinic London. In this role he leads a large team of world-class neurologists, neuro-rehabilitation specialists and neurophysiologists. He is also a senior consultant neurologist at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery in Queen Square and University College Hospital London.
He completed medical training at Oxford University and UCL, where he graduated with honours. He also completed a period of training at UCLA medical centre in the USA. His research background includes a PhD at the Institute of Neurology UCL, on the subject of molecular genetics of neurological disorders. This work included mapping new disease genes and identification of novel mutations in genes for movement disorders.
He is a clinical neurologist with interests in all aspects of neurology and brain disorders, including specialist interests in movement disorders including Parkinson's disease and in headache and migraine, Botox treatment and acute neurology.
He is committed to medical education and training the next generation of neurologists and has for many years been the Training Programme Director for the London postgraduate neurology training programme and he chairs the Pan-London neurology Specialist Training Committee.
During the Covid-19 pandemic he chaired the AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine neurology committee, helping with the safety assessment of the Covid-19 vaccine.
He has published several scientific papers on various neurological topics and is author of several textbook chapters. He is also a keen marathon runner.

Professor Ruth Whitby is the Institute Chair for General Practice and Director of Concierge Medicine at Cleveland Clinic London. She has more than 30 years' experience in General Practice, with expertise across both the private and public sectors. She has a special interest in general medicine, stress management and mental wellbeing, health screening, paediatrics and menopause. Professor Whitby was the first native English-speaking doctor to be awarded a Japanese Medical License whilst working as a GP in Tokyo from 1994 to 1997. She holds a medical degree from King's College London, and achieved a Diploma from the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and a first-class honours degree in neuroanatomy.
Lindsey Condron is Chief of Operations at Cleveland Clinic London, with executive accountability for business operations and ensuring optimal utilisation, productivity and efficiency of all patient activity. Lindsey has extensive healthcare leadership experience, having held senior operational positions across both the NHS and private sector. Professor Hamilton's main clinical interest is the management of complex Inflammatory Bowel Disease. He has 24 years' experience as a consultant in GI and internal medicine, is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians.

Professor Mark Hamilton was a Consultant at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust from 1996-2021. He is now a Consultant Physician and Gastroenterologist at Cleveland Clinic London, where he is also the Institute Chair for Medical Subspecialties. Mr Philip Ahrens qualified from Charing Cross and Westminster medical school in 1992. His postgraduate orthopaedic training was in London, and undertook a fellowship in shoulder surgery in Nice, France.
He was appointed Consultant to the Royal Free Hospital Hampstead in 2003. His specialist interests are in shoulder and elbow arthroscopy, sports injury and joint replacement.
He is active in both research and training and is the lead investigator in multicentre clinical trials. He has held a number of leadership roles locally and nationally in management, research and digital development.

Mr. Joseph Nunoo-Mensah is a distinguished colorectal surgeon, renowned for his exceptional expertise in colorectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, pelvic floor disorders, and advanced proctology, including the management of complex fistulae and haemorrhoids. He holds dual appointments at the Cleveland Clinic London and King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, where he continues to advance patient care and medical innovation.
In his practice, Mr. Nunoo-Mensah is able to offer state-of-the-art, current treatments, including minimally invasive laparoscopic abdominal and robotic surgery.
He earned his medical degrees from Queen's Medical School, Nottingham, in 1993, with further training in Manchester and Oxford. He holds FRCS and FRCS Gen Surg fellowships and completed advanced laparoscopic surgery training at the Mayo Clinic and specialized colorectal training at the University of Southern California, alongside a Master's in Legal Aspects of Medical Practice from Cardiff University.

Mr Joseph Nunoo-Mensah is the Clinical Lead of Colorectal Surgery at King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and an Honorary Senior Lecturer in Research and Post Graduate Teaching at King's College London. Mr Nunoo-Mensah is the Programme Director of the Dilemmas & Debates in Colorectal Surgery Conference, and will be the President of The International Society of University Colon & Rectal Surgeons from October 2022. Mr Nunoo-Mensah completed sub-specialised training for colorectal, laparoscopic and pelvic floor surgery at the University of Southern California and the Mayo Clinic, Phoenix, Arizona. In addition, Mr Nunoo-Mensah obtained a master's degree in Legal Aspects of Medical Practice (LLM) from the University of Cardiff.
Professor Nick Fletcher chairs the Critical Care & Anaesthesia Institute at Cleveland Clinic London, which also includes Pain Medicine. Professor Fletcher was a Consultant in anaesthesia and critical care at London's St Georges University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust for 19 years, and was lead for the Trust's cardiothoracic critical care unit for 5 years. In addition to his clinical commitments he was President of the Association for Cardiothoracic Anaesthesia and Critical Care, and was an editor of British Journal of Anaesthesia Education. Professor Fletcher has over 80 peer reviewed publications and has been invited to lecture at many international conferences on aspects of anaesthesia and critical care. After his surgical training at the Medical School Hannover and the Heart Center Leipzig in Germany, Prof Olaf Wendler became Clinical Lead at the University Saarland/Germany. In 2004 he was appointed at King's College Hospital, and held the position of Clinical Director for Cardiovascular Services from 2006-2012, when he was promoted Professor of Cardiac Surgery at King's College London. In 2019 he was appointed Chair of the Heart, Vascular and Thoracic Institute at Cleveland Clinic London.
Professor Wendler has a particular expertise in complex and repeat combined heart procedures, complete arterial coronary bypass surgery, complex thoracic aortic surgery and minimally-invasive/innovative heart surgery and treatment of heart valve disease. In 2007 he performed the UK's first transapical TAVI procedure, followed by numerous innovative therapies.
His focus has always been to provide an individualized, patient focused service. This has improved patient outcome, long-term benefits after therapy and the patient's experience, while minimizing the negative effects of surgery. Professor Wendler has published more than 300 articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals and has been co-author on European Guidelines for the treatment of valvular heart disease and myocardial revascularization. As an expert in his field, he is regularly invited to speak at national and international scientific meetings.
Professor Olaf Wendler has been a Consultant in cardiothoracic surgery for more than 20 years. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and Professor of Cardiac Surgery at King's College London and the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine. He joined King's College Hospital in 2004 and served as Clinical Director for Cardiovascular Services from 2006 to 2012. Professor Wendler has an international reputation for innovative minimally-invasive and complex heart surgery, heart valve surgery, aortic surgery and coronary bypass grafting. He has been co-author of European Guidelines for revascularisation and the treatment of valvular heart disease.

Professor Richard Cohen became a Consultant Colorectal Surgeon at Central Middlesex and St Mark's Hospital in 1999.
Professor Cohen moved to University College London Hospitals (UCLH) in 2005 where he has practised ever since. At UCLH for over 12 years he held senior leadership positions as Divisional Clinical Director for Theatres and Anaesthetics, GI Services and finally Trust Clinical Director for Patient Flow.
Professor Cohen was made Chief of Surgery and Chair of the Institute of Digestive Diseases and Surgery at Cleveland Clinic London in 2019.
In 2021, he was made Professor of Surgery at University College London.
He is known for his clinical and research work in coloproctology and has ongoing research projects into Crohn's disease and bowel cancer at UCLH.
Professor Cohen was born and raised in North London. He is married to wife Madeleine and has four children and three dogs.

Professor Cohen has held several Divisional and Trust Clinical Director leadership positions at UCLH. Professor Cohen has held clinical appointments as a Consultant Colorectal Surgeon for almost 23 years, and has maintained ongoing academic research interests in his field.
Rob Lorenz is the President of Cleveland Clinic London, a role he assumed in June 2023, having served Cleveland Clinic for over two decades in various leadership positions across the health system. Dr Lorenz, a head & neck surgeon, has practiced at Cleveland Clinic for the past 28 years. In his previous role, Dr Lorenz was Executive Medical Director of Market and Network Services for Cleveland Clinic, leading all aspects related to Cleveland Clinic's contracting for specialty care, including innovative payment models for both government and commercial contracts. Dr Lorenz received his undergraduate degree from Yale University, with a Bachelors of Science in Molecular Biochemistry and Biophysics, and completed his medical degree with Honours at the University of Rochester. He completed a residency in Otolaryngology at Cleveland Clinic, and a fellowship at Vanderbilt University. He received an Executive MBA with Distinction from London Business School.
From 2008-2011, Dr. Lorenz was the first Chief Medical Officer of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, where he was responsible for creating the first transfer of Cleveland Clinic's business and medical services model and culture to a non-Western country.
Professor Senthil Nathan is the Chair of Urology and Director of Robotic Surgery & Innovations. He is a Consultant Urological Surgeon at University College London Hospital NHS Trust and Honorary Associate Professor at University College London. He specialises in urological cancer and minimally invasive treatments, including robotic surgery. Senthil was awarded an MPhil in Urology by the University of London for performing the world's first active robotic surgery. Senthil directs Robotic Education at the Chitra Sethia Centre for Robotics, he sits on the European Robotic Urology Society Education Committee, the Urology Board of the Society of Robotic Surgery, and the Data Committee for the Society of Endourology.
Sheila A. Miller, DNP is responsible for leading the nursing strategy and practice at Cleveland Clinic London. Dr. Miller is a global healthcare leader with expertise in quality patient care strategies, relationship building, team management and more. With 35 years in professional nursing, she has spent much of her healthcare career in leadership positions. Since 2009, Dr. Miller has served as a chief nurse for the Cleveland Clinic health system. She held the role at three different hospitals in Ohio, U.S., most recently at Cleveland Clinic Akron General health system, before joining Cleveland Clinic London in early 2023.

Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic London, he was a Director in the Healthcare and Life Sciences team at the Brunswick Group, was formerly Head of Corporate Finance at Circle Health and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
