We control the quality of our synthetic turf systems at every step of the production process. We control where and how our yarns are extruded. We control which products go into our fibres. We develop and manufacture the backing cloths we tuft into. We develop, manufacture and build the performance bases that we lay our turf systems over. We manufacture our own surfaces in our own factories. We control the quality and performance standards of every synthetic turf system we create. And finally, we can recycle our old end-of-life products into new start-of-life products... Our products are manufactured in our factory in Kidderminster, UK, which has a rich history of carpet manufacturing. We are proud to be one of the very few companies that still manufacture carpets, of the artificial grass kind! Our factory is on site with our Head Office, ensuring high quality throughout the manufacturing process. Our UK based team provides unrivalled customer service.
