From a young age, she was always playing sports. A natural athlete with a competitive nature, it was only a matter of time before she found her passion in life - and that passion was leadership. She played basketball at Gardner-Webb University in North Carolina and it was during those years that she developed her skills as a leader and began to grow the business side of things.
Now married to Jeremy with 2 handsome sons, 3 beautiful daughters, and 1 granddaughter, she continues to look for ways to grow the business, team and people around her. In addition to being a mom, wife, and businesswoman, she also enjoys hosting foreign exchange students so young students can experience American culture.

Shanti is also a Behavioral Analysis Trainer, an Accumatch Behavioral Intelligence Coach, an NLP Practitioner and a CBET certified trainer. With over eight years of experience in Corporate Training and more than six years of experience in business and executive coaching, her passion is to help organization leaders achieve meaningful transformation and growth in their personal and professional lives. Additionally, she serves on different boards, such as a director of the Youth with a Mission Guyana and the President of the Auxiliary of the Gideon's International in her camp. She has started the first non-profit leadership foundation in Guyana, which teaches values and soft skills to individuals with the purpose of building leaders who will transform their homes, organizations, communities, and country.
