Elizabeth Campbell - Chief Legal Officer, EVP

Elizabeth Campbell is Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for AmerisourceBergen Corporation. In this role, she is responsible for legal, regulatory, corporate security, global business resilience and enterprise risk management, and serves as the primary legal advisor for senior management and the Board of Directors.

 Prior to becoming Chief Legal Officer, Ms. Campbell was Deputy General Counsel and Senior Vice President at AmerisourceBergen, where she oversaw the legal teams that support all of AmerisourceBergen's businesses, corporate functions, and litigation. Ms. Campbell also served in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility during her career with AmerisourceBergen, including holding the positions of Chief Litigator and Chief Compliance Counsel. Ms. Campbell has more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer. Prior to joining AmerisourceBergen, she worked in private practice at a large law firm in its Pittsburgh and Philadelphia offices. Before law school, Ms. Campbell held various positions in executive education at the University of Pittsburgh. Ms. Campbell earned her juris doctor from the University of Pittsburgh.

Gina K. Clark

Gina Clark is Executive Vice President and Chief Communications & Administration Officer for AmerisourceBergen Corporation and President of the AmerisourceBergen Foundation. In her role for the AmerisourceBergen Corporation, she oversees strategic public affairs, marketing, brand and customer experience, the office of diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as sustainability, ESG, and real estate. With more than 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry, her expertise spans driving global business and marketing strategy, leading strategic enterprise-wide initiatives, M&A integration, and corporate citizenship. Ms. Clark is also credited with establishing the environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) function within AmerisourceBergen. Ms. Clark has been integral to the company's remarkable transformation and industry-leading growth. Most notably, she led the creation of a cohesive brand identity and go-to-market strategy for the evolution of AmerisourceBergen to Cencora, actualizing CEO Steve Collis' bold vision and commercial strategy for a unified global organization. In May 2016, she took on the leadership of the AmerisourceBergen Foundation, the company's charitable 501(c)3 which was established in 2013 under her leadership. The foundation supports organizations worldwide in improving the health and well-being of patient populations - both human and animal. Since its inception, the foundation has provided more than $35 million in grants to communities around the world. In addition, Ms. Clark serves on the board of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Wholesalers Foundation and as secretary for the Eluna board of trustees. She is also a member of the Philadelphia Forum of Executive Women. In 2023, Ms. Clark was recognized with a "Take the Lead" award by the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania. Previously, Ms. Clark served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for AmerisourceBergen and Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development for AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group. Before joining AmerisourceBergen, she worked in executive leadership roles at Premier Inc. and HealthSouth. Ms. Clark earned a bachelor's degree from Georgia Southwestern University.

James F. Cleary - CFO, EVP

Jim Cleary is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for AmerisourceBergen where he manages the organization's financial strategy and oversees the company's financial functions including accounting, corporate finance, investor relations, tax, treasury and audit. Mr. Cleary is committed to maximizing long-term shareholder value, ensuring a balanced portfolio of growth initiatives and maintaining a high level of integrity and transparency. Mr. Cleary was named Chief Financial Officer in 2018 after serving as Group President of Global Commercialization Services and Animal Health. In that role, he led the company's pharmaceutical commercialization solutions for manufacturers including AmerisourceBergen's international businesses and the animal health portfolio of solutions. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer of MWI Veterinary Supply Inc. from 2005 until the company's acquisition by AmerisourceBergen in February 2015 and President from 2000 to 2005. Mr. Cleary graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and received his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Leslie Donato - Chief Strategy Officer, EVP

Leslie Donato is Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for AmerisourceBergen Corporation. In this role, she architects and leads the organization's long-term growth strategy and oversees initiatives that aim to diversify the organization's portfolio through innovative build or buy opportunities. Ms. Donato has over 25 years of long-range strategy and healthcare industry expertise. Prior to being named to her current role, she was the Vice President of Strategy at Bayer Pharmaceuticals. Over the course of her career at Bayer, she led the US Business Unit for Hematology and Neurology and the global strategic marketing function for neurology. Prior to these roles, Ms. Donato was a principal and founding partner of McKinsey & Company's Philadelphia office. Over the course of her 14-year tenure with McKinsey & Company, she helped healthcare company executives improve performance across strategy, organization re-design and capability building, commercial excellence including brand strategy and sales force architecture and business development. While there, she also led the Mid-Atlantic office women's initiative, responsible for attracting, developing and retaining talented female consultants. She started her career at Deloitte Consulting. Ms. Donato graduated from Swarthmore College with a Bachelors of Arts with Distinction in Economics and Public Policy and received her Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Robert P. Mauch - COO, EVP

Robert Mauch is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of AmerisourceBergen Corporation. In this role, he is focused on creating a best-in-class customer experience and driving growth through strategically relevant, valued-added solutions for providers of pharmaceutical care. Previously, Mr. Mauch held multiple positions from 2012 to 2017 within AmerisourceBergen Drug Corporation, including Executive Vice President and President, Chief Operating Officer, and Senior Vice President-Operations. One of his key accomplishments during this time was expanding and strengthening AmerisourceBergen's industry-leading partnership with Walgreens Boots Alliance since it was established in 2013. From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Mauch also held positions as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing as well as Vice President for Alternate Care Sales and Marketing for the Drug Corporation. Mr. Mauch began his more than 30-year career in pharmaceutical care as the founder of Xcenda, which provides health economics, strategic and reimbursement consulting to manufacturers to introduce new pharmaceutical products to the market. He received his Pharm.D. from Mercer University and his Ph.D. in pharmacy administration from the University of South Carolina where he pursued a focus in health economics-specifically, the total cost and benefit of effective pharmaceutical healthcare.

Silvana Battaglia - CHRO, EVP

Silvana Battaglia is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for AmerisourceBergen Corporation. Ms. Battaglia brings more than two decades of experience running both domestic and international human resources organizations, shaping high-performance cultures and driving organizational effectiveness within the pharmaceutical and business services sectors. Prior to being named to her current role in January 2019, Ms. Battaglia was Senior Vice President of Global Compensation, Benefits and Labor Relations at Aramark, where she led the Total Rewards strategy, design and development of HR policies and processes and the company's labor strategy. At Aramark, she also served as Senior Vice President, Global Field Human Resources and had direct responsibility for the delivery and deployment of strategic HR practices for more than 270,000 associates worldwide located across 22 countries. Prior to these roles, Ms. Battaglia held executive human resources leadership roles at both Day & Zimmerman and Merck, and gained early HR experience at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and Colorcon, a Division of Berwind Pharmaceuticals. She has also served as an adjunct faculty member at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia. Ms. Battaglia graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and received her Masters of Science in Human Resources from Widener University.
