Heath Buckner is a partner of Brookline Capital. Heath has extensive experience as an advisor, investor, and executive across a diversity of industries, including industrial packaging, transportation, heavy manufacturing, real estate, coal mining, automotive, and other sectors as well as serving on the advisory boards of various philanthropic and closely-held businesses in the Southeastern United States. Heath began his career in the Assurance and Business Advisory group at Ernst & Young, LLP. Heath holds a BS in Economics from Auburn University and an MS in Accounting from the University of Virginia.

Jeff is a strategic advisor to Brookline and serves as a resource for the firm on corporate finance, transaction structuring, and other topics. He is a Retired Partner at EY and has over thirty-six years of experience working with public and private companies across a broad range of industries including metals and mining, industrial manufacturing, consumer products, retail, distribution, construction, engineering and real estate companies, including a rotation in EY's National SEC practice in Washington, D.C. Over his career, Jeff has advised on a wide array of corporate finance engagements including numerous successful IPOs and other securities offerings as well as acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings. Jeff holds a B.S. in Accounting from The University of Alabama.

Joel Branum is the managing partner of Brookline Capital. Joel has been serving the private equity and strategic advisory needs of middle market companies for more than 20 years. His experience covers a wide range of industries including healthcare services, manufacturing, automotive aftermarket, pharmacy, software/technology, insurance, outsourced human resources, consumer products, moving and storage, media and publishing, transportation, aggregates, food and beverage, and education. Joel is a native of Dallas, Texas, and holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Alabama.
