AFCS believes in a holistic and family-centered approach to child care - one that offers a continuum of easily accessible child care options to meet the varying and changing needs of parents and children... We provide child care in Ottawa with our 13 daycare centres and preschools. Since 1911, Andrew Fleck Children's Services support the families in Ontario... Children's Inclusion Support Services (CISS) provides support, in English and in French, to licensed child care programs (nursery schools, child care centres and home child care agencies) to promote the inclusion of children with special needs within the City of Ottawa.
