In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Pakistan Commission of Inquiry Act 1956, and all other enabling provisions in this behalf the Commission of Inquiry on Enforced Disappearances is pleased to make the following regulations laying down the procedure for registration, inquiry, hearing and investigation under the Act 1956, namely :-
