Our current portfolio consists of 53 commercial units in 29 buildings in Vancouver's inner city, for a total of 112,452 square feet... Community Impact Real Estate Society (CIRES) supports thriving, equitable, inclusive and vibrant local economies and communities by curating a balanced portfolio of commercial spaces for small businesses, non-profits and social enterprises... Community Impact Real Estate contributes to the efforts of building an inclusive local economy by using the space in our portfolio to provide affordable goods, services, social support and employment opportunities for residents in the communities within which we work.
