Biography Lindsey Zimmerman is a Licensed Master Social Worker and Owner of Fiat Family Services. In the past she has worked in child welfare with families that are high risk for their children being removed from the home. Her focus was to restore the family's functionality and better each of their lives. Lindsey joined Cana Counseling in 2018 where she provided services to adults and children. She also worked in three different Catholic Drexel schools where she provided in-school psychotherapy to students that were dealing with anxiety, oppositional defiant disorder, attachment issues, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, conduct disorder, and trauma such as sexual abuse, physical abuse, and adjustment issues to name a few. Lindsey provides direct clinical therapeutic services to individuals and families to include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions. Lindsey is an active parishioner of Church of the Magdalen Catholic Church since 2016, when she moved to Wichita from Manhattan, Kansas after completing her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Kansas State University. She obtained her Masters Degree from Washburn University in Topeka, KS. Lindsey is a Licensed Master Social Worker. Prior to starting Fiat Family Services, Lindsey worked for Cana Counseling for a year, doing children's therapy in schools, and adult and family counseling. Before Cana Counseling, Lindsey worked in child welfare and worked with families and individuals that were dealing with a variety of mental health issues such as drug abuse/drug dependency, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and ODD to name a few. She is currently taking clients ages five and older, along with families, and couples seeking treatment. Founder Lindsey Zimmerman is always looking to grow her clientele and expand her business.
