Andrea is a skilled HR professional with over 20 years of professional experience, 16 of those years in human resources. Her experience includes consulting, human resource business partnering, research, design, university teaching and HR leadership in several areas, including performance management; leadership and executive coaching; leadership development; succession; recruitment; job evaluation; and organizational behaviour and effectiveness. Andrea holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management (MHRM) as well as a Bachelor of Arts with a major in psychology from the University of Regina. She is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CPHR) as well as a Certified Executive Coach and brings several designations and credentials to her consultative, leadership and strategic skills. She is passionate about developing and coaching others to reach their highest potential. Andrea is also certified in the Leadership Circle Profile and EQ 2.0 360 psychometrics, Prosci Change Management, and has received training in mediation, conflict resolution and HR investigations. She is a human-centered leader and strategist that cares deeply about the success of her clients.
Raised in Canada, but having spent 20 years overseas, Colin brings a rich leadership career in digital marketing and transformation, business development, municipal advisory work, strategic planning (for private, public and Indigenous clientele) and, recently, growth and investment attraction and retention direction for a regional economic development agency. Overall, Colin has more than 25 years of experience across industries, in numerous leadership roles (full-time, contract and interim) and invaluable expertise with diverse cultures to support start-ups and entrepreneurs as well as multinational companies and government understand their world, craft iterative strategy and deliver success. Colin supports clients by sharing his broad and deep expertise in business development, marketing, research, consulting and strategic leadership that unmasks issues, provides vision for teams, uncovers opportunities and, through research, builds and implements successful strategy.
Heidi is the owner and administrative partner of Kn/a HR Consulting. She is Saskatchewan raised and a proud Métis woman. Heidi is a graduate of the University of Regina and holds bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Arts with a major in Sociology. She is an entrepreneur owner-operator of a revenue property business. Heidi has extensive experience in the post-secondary environment, including human resources, student advisement and engagement. She has worked in the public sector, volunteer and aviation industries. Her tremendous organizational skills combined with a client-first mentality make her an excellent fit for Kn/a leadership.
