Our Founder & CEO Andy Poticha services on the Board of this museum, supporting its dedication to preserving the legacy of the Holocaust by honoring the memories of those who were lost and by teaching universal lessons that combat hatred, prejudice, and indifference. Providing vital, individualized, results-driven, therapeutic and supportive services for thousands of children, adults and families of all backgrounds each year, JCFS Chicago helps them face challenges with life transitions, mental health, developmental/intellectual disability and basic human need. We support multiple JCFS programs and events; additionally, our Founder & CEO Andy Poticha serves on the Board of Directors. Andy has more than 25 years of sales, client management, trade and supplier negotiation, system development, and production process management experience. From an early age, Andy knew he wanted to become an architect, and he would harness that passion through the creation of Design Construction Concepts (DCC) in 1991. Soon into the design process, Andy quickly discovered that there were no general contractors providing the relationships, customer service, and quality he was offering at DCC. Andy began managing construction projects, and the rest is history. DCC has grown in size and scope to include the execution of small and large scale residential and commercial projects. Andy earned his Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies and Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois. BRAD MILLER

Brad supports and strengthens the management team through consistent coordination, communication, and collaboration with trade partners. He works diligently to execute the goals of each project and manage expectations from start to finish. Leveraging his expertise in the construction process and client relationship-building, Brad strives for complete customer satisfaction. He discovered his passion for building and remodeling early in his career, previously working as a Real Estate Broker and Project Manager. Brad enjoys playing competitive disc golf and spending time with his daughter and family.

CARA RESNICK

Cara Resnick is a Production Assistant supporting various projects including records management, trade partner communications, vendor specific follow up and is a key team member on the Production Team, ensuring successful client and trade experiences. She is currently enrolled at Lake Forest College completing her Bachelor of Political Science degree. Cara enjoys reading, outdoor activities and volunteering for local charities and organizations.

Chris Gunderson joins Mosaic Construction as a Project Manager. He brings over 30 years of experience, focusing his talents on building and maintaining successful trade and client relationships. Chris started in construction working alongside his father at an early age in the plumbing industry, before taking on Superintendent and Project Manager roles in residential and commercial construction. Chris is committed to overall project success supported by timely and accurate communication to manage projects and client expectations.

Ira is the Founder & Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of Mosaic Construction and its affiliated brands Design Construction Concepts (DCC) and Cannabis Facility Construction (CFC) a design-build firm based in Northbrook, Illinois. Ira leads new business development, estimating, marketing and management of trade partner relationships. Ira co-founded Mosaic Construction in 2005 and shares his 30+ years of construction industry expertise with team members and clients every day. He leads the firm's work in the commercial and multifamily sectors, working with clients to transform their buildings to better fit the needs of their tenants, residents, staff and visitors. Ira is a highly-respected speaker and thought leader on multifamily, commercial and residential design-build construction and has been a featured guest on numerous industry podcasts. Ira earned his Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication & Rhetoric from the University of Illinois. He devotes significant personal time and effort to philanthropic endeavors including his involvement at the Center for Enriched Living, a non-profit serving people with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Jill Teich is an Executive Assistant to the Leadership Team. She is passionate about the construction industry and the power of teamwork and joined Mosaic Construction after running her own family contracting business for over 25 years. Jill facilitates phone and email correspondence, manages scheduling and time management, maintains records and general office inventory to support the Leadership Team and Production Managers. Jill started her career as a hair stylist after graduating with a cosmetology degree. She has 3 daughters and a large extended family that are the foundation of her success. In her free time, she loves concerts, travelling, sci-fi, and volunteering for many community organizations and charities.

JOANN SANDOVAL

JoAnn Sandoval brings her extensive business knowledge and skills in accounting management to the Mosaic team. JoAnn earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DePaul University while working full-time as a staff accountant at a brokerage firm. Most recently, she worked for a non-profit organization, where she oversaw the financial accounts of thousands of families as well as hundreds of community service groups while making sure that she built and maintained strong relationships with the staff and the community. JoAnn enjoys cooking, gardening, and watching the Cubs, Bears, and Blackhawks, but above all else, she loves spending time with her family.

JOHN CRITCH

John Critch brings more than 30 years of construction experience to his role as Project Manager at Mosaic Construction. As a highly decorated Naval Officer, John served in the Seabees and Civil Engineer Corp where his responsibilities included working with the Department of Defense as well as the Medical, Industrial, Commercial, Multi-Family, and Residential sectors. John's "can do" attitude, coupled with a career-long focus on managing client expectations, has earned client accolades and awards as an Owner's Representative and Project Manager. John received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from North Carolina State University, along with his Master of Science in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas. He has Certifications from Ferris State University in Project Management and Facilities Management. Additionally, John is an FAA licensed sUAS pilot with over 1,000 flights and nearly 100 flight hours performing building inspections, thermo-imaging and enclosure assessments.

John Imus joins Mosaic Construction as Production Manager with a diverse background in commercial real estate construction, development and consulting. John has extensive experience working with general contractors and owners of real estate assets across the country on projects that include ground up construction and program management within the retail/restaurant sector, multifamily housing market and hospitality space with national owners, operators and developers. John received his BBA in Real Estate from the University of Texas and his MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California. Outside of work, John is a husband and father to two adult children as well as musician and amateur pitmaster.

KATE KISHBAUGH

Kate joined Mosaic Construction as a Production Assistant in 2021. She believes in the power of communication and a positive attitude. Kate supports the Production Management team with trade partner communications, record management and coordinating multiple departments and companies. She began her career teaching 6th Grade in the City of Philadelphia. After leaving teaching, Kate has held several positions in property management including Morgan Properties, Toll Brothers, and Mission Dispensary. She now brings years of experience in education and property management to the Mosaic team. When she is not working, you can find her going on adventures with her daughter, Scarlett, and painting everything from walls to furniture and everything in between. Kate loves to go to plays and has season tickets to the Walnut Street Theater, America's oldest theater.

Katie Rodriguez serves as a Manager of our Administrative Team supporting various integral members of the Mosaic team as well as being the a first point of contact for all outside connections. Her responsibilities include records-management, general office management, and facilitating phone and mail correspondence. She is originally from Wheeling, IL and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Science from Northern Illinois University (cum laude). Outside of work she enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and 2 fur babies (cats). She is an avid fan of musicals and tries to attend them as often as possible. Her favorite musical is Phantom of the Opera.

Patrick Wright is Director of Construction and oversees Mosaic's Production Department. Patrick has two decades of experience developing and overseeing design/build projects, including working with General Contractors as well as providing architecture oversight and real estate development. As Head of Construction Management for a large cannabis industry multi-state owner/operator, Patrick supervised the completion of thirty (30) dispensaries and eleven (11) cultivation projects in thirteen (13) states. Patrick graduated from Drexel University with a Masters of Science in Construction Management. He was born and raised in Wilmette, Illinois and presently resides in Milwaukee with his son.

Tim Hart joins Mosaic Construction as a Production Manager bringing over 17 years of industry experience in Property and Construction Management. Tim started his career representing Owners' interests at a local Chicagoland bank. Most recently, Tim worked with a local General Contractor on various projects ranging from interior remodeling, tenant improvements as well as ground-up construction and building. Tim has project experience in 26 different states throughout the country. Tim has a passion for golf and Notre Dame football. He also enjoys spending time with his friends and family.
