O'CALLAGHAN COACHES - Key Persons
Deirdre is responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the Coach Holidays department and the Event Travel office. Having worked abroad for many years and with a background in the tourism sector, she organises coach holiday tours in Ireland, Northern Ireland the UK and Europe.
Her role includes everything from customer service to the tour planning process as well as coordinating travel and tour requirements with our suppliers. Deirdre also manages itineraries and bookings for private groups. In addition, she operates the Event Travel department where she coordinates transport options to some of the biggest events around the country, including concerts, sporting events, festivals and special interest shows.
Philip spent his career working within the company and started working with O'Callaghan Coaches immediately after school. After taking a year out for some travelling and work around the UK and Europe, gaining experience in different markets, Philip came back and started up a very successful taxi and chauffeur company as part of the business in Killarney.
