Dave Eisner - Founder

Dave has more than 30 years of experience in IT, beginning with assembly and configuration and quickly moving on to troubleshooting and repair before ultimately managing IT departments, overseeing helpdesk teams, and providing IT system configuration consulting. He formed The PC Whisperer in 2008, providing IT-managed services for business clients in Denver and Colorado's Front Range. Dave enhanced his scope of IT services in 2019 when he folded his company into One Call Networks, joining forces with trusted business partners in other IT specialty areas. When Dave and his family relocated to Northern Michigan in 2022, he expanded One Call Networks to that region.

Jordon Holmes

Jordon began his career in technology right out of high school as a Test Center Administrator at Sylvan Learning Center, monitoring testing environments and confirming that all tests were securely uploaded to their proper destinations. He went on to earn his Associate of Arts degree from Citrus College and then began his telecom career. Jordon leads the telecommunications side of One Call Networks, including customer support and training on new systems and deploying VoIP equipment. Thanks to his experience with Geek Squad (instore and onsite), Magnolia Home Theater, Comcast Business, and National ComTel, you can count on Jordon to bring your telecom vision to life while efficiently monitoring and troubleshooting complex telecom systems. Jordon is a film buff and audiophile who enjoys good movies and music in his free time.

Max Garcia

Max has been involved in computers most of his life, beginning with a Commodore 64 on his television screen and subsequently joining the Apple craze. He's been working professionally in computer tech for 30 years, including the period when he formed and ran a residential computer repair service. Throughout his career, Max has specialized in virus repair, custom builds, board-level hardware repair, and data recovery. He's worked directly with various tech companies, including Microsoft, where he helped create various repair/tech bulletins and procedures. He's also supported local and federal law enforcement agencies on cybercrime matters. Max joined his long-time colleague and friend Dave Eisner at The PC Whisperer in 2019 and then supported the company's transition to One Call Networks. He now manages One Call Network's Colorado-based operations. Max is extremely proud of his Native American heritage. He enjoys almost anything sci-fi/fantasy-related, including movies and books.
