Ed Ormsby

Ed Ormsby has over twenty years' experience consulting and counseling business owners in leadership, management, marketing and customer service. He has held virtually every sales, marketing and executive position with Fortune 500, mid-sized and small businesses throughout the US. He has been a successful small business developer and owner for over twenty years, focusing on the hospitality, golf and real estate industries. He knows the importance of providing employees with proper training. His first jobs were shagging balls and cleaning clubs and as a locker room attendent at a major golf resort in North Carolina. He has also worked as a waiter, bartender and resort hotel front desk manager. Most recently he has been working with four premier golf resorts in the US, including Mid Pines / Pine Needles and The Pinehurst Resort in client service positions. He knows the importance of providing top-notch service to hospitality guests.
