Preferred home Care Services has experience with domiciliary and home environments and provides good quality services to suit the needs of all our service users. The primary aim of the agency is to place the needs of our service users at the heart of services, promoting independence, taking into account the service users rights, choice, privacy, respect, dignity, cultural needs and preferences the services are all service user led... The care services we provide are very flexible and are tailored to the care needs of the individual; typical care plans range from just a couple of hours a week for those with very short needs all the way through to multiple daily visits, sleep-in care, waking night care and live-in for those who need continuous care. For clients with more involved care needs, our care workers are trained to liaise and work as part of multi-disciplinary teams.
