Billy Epperhart is a successful real estate investor and serial entrepreneur. He currently serves as the CEO of Andrew Womack Ministries and is the founder of WealthBuilders, a financial teaching non-profit that educates investors globally on timeless principles of finance and business.
In 2021, Billy formed a strategic partnership with Chad Frantzen, founder of Authentic Wealth, to create WealthBuilders Investment Services in response to the growing need of everyday investors who wanted to apply Biblical ethics to their finances and create a global impact with their resources.

Caleb was born and raised in South Texas and found his way to Colorado when he attended Colorado Christian University in Lakewood. There he earned degrees in Accounting and Business Administration while also being awarded a baseball athletic scholarship. More recently Caleb studied for 3 years at Charis Bible College and graduated from the Charis Business School. Combining his passions for helping others succeed in life and integrating principles of the Kingdom of God into everyday practices, made the decision to join Authentic Wealth an easy one. Caleb holds the distinction as the first associate wealth advisor on the WealthBuilders Investment Servies team.
Before joining Authentic Wealth, Caleb had established himself as a critical financial troubleshooter working for Scott Brown Properties in Denton, Texas, a one-stop-shop real estate firm whose expertise covers the full spectrum from residential sales, leasing and management, to commercial sales, leasing and management, to syndications, property maintenance, and commercial construction. Caleb is a 4th generation Texas Real Estate License holder and started investing in real estate when he was just 23 years old when he bought and sold his first house. He also leads the product and content development for Off The Coast Mentoring, the product arm of his family's real estate business.
Caleb enjoys being active outdoors, traveling the world and drinking coffee!
Chad Frantzen is the founder and visionary for Authentic Wealth and WealthBuilders Investment Services, a registered investment advisory firm. Chad has over20 years of experience serving families in the financial services industry to help them gain financial freedom and clarity.
Chad holds a business degree from Texas A&M University where he also played football as a linebacker and 12th Man. He holds a Masters of Divinity from Global Awakening Theological Seminary. Professionally, Chad is registered as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and specializes in advanced wealth management planning. Chad enjoys bridging the gap between biblical principles of finance and leadership with the wise stewardship of financial resources.
He enjoys time with family, sports, traveling, and the outdoors, especially the mountains of Colorado, He loves to read and encourage others in their Christian faith and is always open to exploring new adventures. He and his wife, Kelli, have been married for 18 years and have a son, Tyler, and daughter, Hannah.

Joe is an Investment Advisor Representative, has extensive experience managing investment portfolios for individuals, corporations, endowments and trusts.
During his 25 years in the investment world, gaining experience through many market cycles and the evolution of the financial markets, Joe is able to deliver independent investment advice to his clients in order to meet their investment goals.
Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Joe graduated from Bishop Diego High School and UC - Santa Barbara. Today, he is married and has 3 children.
Joe has volunteered and held leadership positions with many organizations in the community, including the Chamber of Commerce, Red Cross, United Cerebral Palsy, SB YFL and Bishop Diego High School.

Karen Adams Brinkley handles all the day-to-day operations of the office including client service and communication, as well as administrative operations. She is an advocate for our clients to help answer their needs.
With over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, Karen has worked as a former bond trader with a national brokerage firm and an equity trader with a Texas-based money management firm. She also has experience as an executive assistant to the Executive Vice President of that same firm.
Ms. Brinkley also has an interesting hobby. She is a licensed pilot and owns a Vietnam era plane that she flies with the Commemorative Air Force. She spends most of her time out of the office working on her plane. Yes, Ms. Brinkley does most of her own mechanical work. You can usually see Karen Adams Brinkley and her plane at any of the local air shows around Texas and other surrounding states.
