For the last 20 years, Alan has been assisting people prepare for retirement, dealing with them at all stages of their lives from commencement of their employment, through to and in retirement. Along the way he has built up many rewarding relationships and friendships. Alan can assist people understand the maze of rules within Centrelink, so that they can maximise their entitlements in retirement. He enjoys helping people with the knowledge and experience he has accumulated.
Keith Millar is a globally recognised coach who is trained and certified in coaching individuals through the many challenging situations people face as they navigate their journey through a fast changing world. Trained as a teacher in his early career, Keith has established several successful companies in the professional services and training/development area. For the past 20 years he has focused on coaching and mentoring people, in personal leadership, organisational leadership and management.
Prior to Changing Gears, Norm's international senior executive career in Australia and across Asia focused on leading businesses in the Financial Services, Insurance and Health sectors. This wealth of expertise focused on business growth, operational effectiveness and cultural transformations. Norm now plans, manages and executes Changing Gears strategies that provide clients with the information they didn't know they needed to transition to the next phase of their life after work.

Peter is the founder and Director of Career Life Transitions a successful business providing career transition, people performance and professional development services based in Perth, Western Australia. He has worked with a range of blue chip organsitions across all sectors of industry, Government and NFP's. His specialties are in strategic and ‘hands-on' Leadership Coaching, Career Development and Transition, Group Facilitation and Organisational Development. Peter has qualification in Engineering, having worked in this sector for a number of years, together with an MBA and Grad Dip in Adult Education. Peter is heavily involved in Rotary and provides volunteering coaching to a number of organsitions to assist people achieve their goals, regardless of their background.
