Annemarie was the Worcester Fire Department's Community Risk Reduction and Public Education Division. She has been in emergency services as a firefighter and a paramedic for over 35 years. Lt. Pickett set the standard for integrating community risk reduction tactics taught at the National Fire Academy into protecting her community. Annie has written five successful Department of Homeland Security Federal Emergency Management Agency Assistance to Firefighters Fire Prevention and Safety grants. Which allowed for college fire safety programs, programing for individuals with special needs and 3 successful rounds that allowed for the purchase, distribution and installation of Smart burner; a heat limiting device replacing coil burners into almost 2,500 low income vulnerable high risk units. Eliminating stovetop cooking fires in these units. In 2018 Annie was the national mentor for the Sound-off a fire safety program. She received the 2011 Massachusetts Fire and Life Safety Educator of the Year award, and is the recipient of NFPA's 2015 Educator of the Year award; the division was the recipient of the 2016 FIREMARK national community service award and the Massachusetts Norman Knight community service excellence award. The Division has multiple community service recognitions and accommodations. Annie serves on the Massachusetts fire and life safety task force and as interim secretary on the NFPA Education Section.
Sullivan has over 31 years of experience serving on fire departments in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Colorado, including several years at the rank of Lieutenant. Prior to coming to NFPA, he served on the Thornton Fire Department in Colorado as the Senior Fire Protection Engineer and Deputy Fire Marshal, focusing on new development construction and fire code enforcement. Previously, Sullivan worked for National Foam Inc./Kidde Firefighting USA and Industrial Risk Insurers. He has a Master's Degree in Fire Protection Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and is a Certified Fire Protection Specialist.

Honold retired from the Missoula Fire Department after a 21 year career. During his years with the fire department, he rose through the ranks to the position of captain. He also spent ten years in the fire marshal's office and was also active in statewide fire code adoption activities. Honold is a certified EMT and Fire Protection Specialist. He also served one year as an NFPA Public Education Field Advisor for the Northwest Region.

Jim Pauley is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). NFPA is a global, non-profit organization devoted to eliminating death, injury, property and economic loss due to fire, electrical and related hazards. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of the NFPA Research Foundation.
Prior to joining NFPA, Mr. Pauley concluded a 30-year career in the electrical and energy industry where he most recently served as Senior Vice President, External Affairs and Government Relations for Schneider Electric.
Mr. Pauley has served in a number of past leadership positions including Chairman of the Board for the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky and was a licensed professional engineer in Kentucky.

Josh is the Community Risk Reduction (CRR) Section Chief with South Carolina State Fire, leads a team of seven tasked with fire and life safety data analysis, curriculum coordination, and outreach. Chief Fulbright coordinates statewide CRR through the Fire Safe South Carolina program, uniting multiple fire service organizations to engage influential community partnerships in support of local fire departments and their services. He manages fire fatality research of the Community Loss Education and Response (CLEAR) Team, multiple educational programs, NFIRS reporting, and alarm technology distribution.
His team hosts quarterly Fire and Life Safety Educator Trainings, a Fire and CRR Summit, and supports local CRR practitioners. As Situation Unit Leader for the Palmetto Incident Support Team and as a State Duty Chief, he manages routine and emergency response coordination of personnel.
A native of North Carolina (NC), Chief Fulbright served with the Cary Police Department, earning the rank of corporal and gained valuable community-building experience. He has a B.A. in Criminology from NC State University and a M.J.A. from Methodist University. Chief Fulbright serves as a Vision 20/20 Technical Advisor, National Fire Academy contract instructor, subject matter expert to multiple grant-funded CRR projects, and is a member or state representative to multiple state and national associations.
Karla manages the University of Michigan Trauma Burn Center's nationally acclaimed community and family-centered injury prevention programs. Her 27-year distinguished career in critical care burn/trauma nursing, youth firesetting intervention, research, education, injury prevention, community risk reduction, professional development training, program management, and mentoring has produced numerous medical journal publications, textbook chapters and grant awards. She has advanced training in several specialty topics, such as: Drug Endangered Children Response, Forensic Interviewing in Children, Child Abuse Identification, Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative on Research, Screening-Brief Intervention-Referral to Treatment (SBIRT), Motivational Interviewing, Advanced Burn Life Support, Stop the Bleed, CarFit, Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses, and others.
Karla is a Contract Instructor at the National Fire Academy. She has been appointed to multiple national leadership roles and committees devoted to injury reduction, including: American Burn Association Burn Prevention, YFIRES National Youth Firesetting Database, MI Arson Prevention, Safe States Alliance Injury Prevention, Michigan Trauma Coalition Injury Prevention, U-M Injury Research Center, etc. An award-winning educator, speaker, and author, Karla also mentor's at-risk youth, volunteers in survivor support programs, and enjoys all kinds of outdoor adventures.
Prior to being a Regional Director, Ransdell served as an NFPA Regional Education Specialist covering 17 states in the Southeast and Northeast regions. Before joining NFPA, she worked as the Deputy Director of the North Carolina Department of Insurance, Office of State Fire Marshal for nearly 15 years and the State Director for Safe Kids NC. Ransdell also served as an NFPA Public Education Advisor in the Southern Region for 7 years. Randell attended North Carolina State University where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice. She received a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from East Carolina University. She began her 26 year career in emergency services as an Emergency Medical Technician with Knightdale EMS & Rescue.

Hawes has over 20 years of experience as an educator. Previously, she served as a Regional Public Education Specialist for NFPA, providing technical assistance and support on fire & life safety public education outreach and initiatives to 22 states in the Northwest, Midwest and Mid-Atlantic Regions of the U.S. Previous to that, Meredith served as an Education Advisor for the NFPA for 5 years, and began her work in Public Education with Grand Traverse Metro Fire Department. As a community builder, Hawes has belonged to many civic organizations and boards. Her work experience ranges from non-profit administration, corporate training, and public education on a local, state, national, and international level. Paul Schwartzman is a licensed mental health counselor, providing counseling services to children, adolescents and families in the Rochester (NY) area for more than thirty years. His interest in the field of juvenile firesetting developed while on staff at the University of Rochester where he participated with other researchers in the study of juvenile fire play and fire setting. Paul was a member of the original research team that originated the Fire Related Youth Unit for the City of Rochester (NY) Fire Department and the BIC preschool firesafety education curriculum, both award winning programs that address issues of children and fire.
Paul has co-authored books and produced several research articles for professional journals and has written a chapter on treatment of juvenile firesetters in The Handbook of Prescriptive Treatments for Children and Adolescents published by Allyn & Bacon. Paul also authored a chapter on juvenile firesetting for the revised NFPA Fire Protection Handbook.
Paul is the Past Chair of the Board of Directors of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Education Section and is the co-chairperson of the NFPA Juvenile Firesetter Intervention Committee. He was also a member of the NFPA 1035 Professional Public Life and Fire Safety Educator Standards Committee. He worked with the committee to develop national standards for juvenile firesetter intervention specialists. Paul is also the Executive Director of the Finger Lake Regional Burn Association.

James "Robby" Dawson is a 32 year veteran of the Chesterfield (Virginia) Fire and EMS Department. His last position there was as Assistant Chief of the Community Risk Reduction Branch. His responsibilities included the management of the fire marshals office, public education section, community relations, media and public affairs officers, and the county's Emergency Management Office. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Richmond in Emergency Services Management, a Master's degree in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, and is an Accredited Chief Fire Officer by the Center for Public Safety Excellence.

As Chair of the NFPA Education Section Executive Board, Tammy also served on Vision 20/20's Steering Committee. She also served as a subject matter expert in Vision 20/20's grant project to develop a web-based fire safety materials generator.
Tammy (Peavy) Mills joined ImageTrend as an Implementation Specialist in August 2021.
Before joining ImageTrend, Tammy worked from 2007 to 2021 with the Mississippi State Fire Marshal's Office. There Tammy was responsible for teaching fire safety education to residents of all ages across the state. She wrote six successful Department of Homeland Security Federal Emergency Management Agency Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program Fire Prevention and Safety grants to purchase and distribute to fire departments, community organizations, and state agencies for installation in high-risk homes more than 123,000 long-life smoke alarms and more than 4,100 alert devices for the hearing impaired; a fire safety education trailer; and a statewide fire safety media campaign. During her time with the State Fire Marshal's Office, Tammy received certification as a Fire and Emergency Services Instructor Level I-II-III.
In 2014, Tammy was assigned additional responsibilities of administering the statewide records management system - ImageTrend's Fire Bridge. Prior to her departure, she migrated the Fire Bridge system to ImageTrend's Elite Fire platform. She provided all training and customer support to approximately 9,000 users in 730 fire departments for seven years. In May 2014, Tammy traveled with a group of Iowa firefighters to teach fire prevention to the Village of Katete in Zambia, Africa. During this trip, a fire truck donated by a refinery in North Pole, Alaska, was delivered with truck operation and firefighter training provided to the firefighters.
Before joining the State Fire Marshal's Office, Tammy worked from 1994 to 2004 at Marion General Hospital in Columbia, MS, as PBX operator, Medical Records Clerk, and Emergency Room/Outpatient Admissions Clerk before becoming the Public Education Officer for the Hattiesburg, MS, Fire Department from 2004 to 2007.
Tammy volunteered with Tri-Community Fire Department in Marion County, MS, from 1994 to 2013, receiving certifications as Volunteer Firefighter, Emergency Medical First Responder, Emergency Medical Technician, Rural Fire Officer, and Fire and Life Safety Educator I-II-III. There Tammy was a firefighter and emergency medical first responder and assisted with fire and life safety education programs. She also served as secretary, treasurer, board member, and Assistant Training Officer and received awards for Junior Firefighter of the Year; Recruit of the Year; Firefighter of the Year; Most Hours Fire Service Training; and Most Hours EMS Training.
Tammy was a member of the Mississippi Association of Public Fire Safety Educators from 1998 until 2021 and served as President, Past President, Southern Division Representative, and chair and member of various committees.
Tammy was a 2002 Risk Watch Champion through the National Fire Protection Association's Mentor Program and served as member and chairperson of the Mississippi Risk Watch Champion Management Team. From its inception in 2007 until she left the State Fire Marshal's Office, she represented Mississippi in the NFPA's Public Education Network. Tammy currently serves as Past Chair of the NFPA Education Section Executive Board.

McClintock has 36 years experience in the electrical industry and serves as the primary electrical SME for NFPA's regional team. He also serves as the Executive Secretary of NFPA's Electrical Inspector Section. Prior to coming to NFPA, he was the Senior Technical Field Rep for the Midwest Region with the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA). Previously, he was a Regional Electrical Code Specialist with the NFPA for eight years providing support to state and local jurisdictions across 26 states with the implementation and use of the NEC® and other NFPA electrical codes and standards. Tim also served as the Chief Building Official and Electrical Inspector for the Wayne County Building Department in Wooster, Ohio for 16 years and prior to that, worked for nine years as an electrician.
