Our 20-strong team includes staff in management, the Peel Street factory, skippers and crews. Because we own our own boats, quota and processing plant, we're a flexible operation that can quickly change according to market and environmental change... We employ locally wherever we can, and some of our team have been with us for over 30 years. In fact, some of our customers have been with us for over 20 years too, something we take real pride in.
