We understand that life happens and plans change, so please know we will work with you as best as we can in the event you need to cancel or reschedule. Registrations qualify for an immediate refund or reschedule up to seven days after it is booked (as long as the request is also given at least 5 days before the scheduled lessons begin). We want to make sure all of our openings are utilized, therefore cancellation/reschedule requests must be sent at least five business days before the scheduled start date and will be approved if the previously reserved spot(s) can be filled. Requests can be sent to hosfordswimschool@gmail.com. Registrations made within five business days of the session start date are final sale. There is a $25 service fee for all refunds made by Hosford Swim School. Refunds can no longer be issued after lessons begin and any unauthorized sibling group discounts qualify for an immediate registration cancellation and refund...
