In my combined experience of 7 years in Customer Service, 4 years in Speech Education and 14 years in BPO industry, I have acquired skills in handling extremely difficult situations, profiling different kinds of people, getting into small details of customer's issues and excellently organizing reports on the dot. I have honed a higher level of expertise and confidence that made my way of thinking more advanced and beyond imaginable at times. I have been able to manage professionalism in all occasions. Despite all these, never did I think that all the good works I have done for over 2 decades are solely mine. I've always believed in teamwork. I am still learning because learning does not stop as there are always new things to discover and if the job is well done, it's out of the combined effort of each individual in the team. In a company, not everyone is a manager, not everyone is a time keeper. That's how I appreciate the value of working together with a common goal. I have widened my skills and knowledge and have been passing them on to the future leaders following my steps. I've been handling very strong and stable account in IPP for years and is still going on because one precious ingredient I have kept spreading on is learning how to develop skillful leaders with high respect to integrity and with appreciation to entirety.

I have experienced in supporting small, medium and large enterprises end users. I have proved my ability in providing exemplary customer service and support based on identified needs. I am motivated and rise up to the level well under pressure with minimum supervision. I learnt that SUCCESS IS NO ACCIDENT. It is hard work, perseverance, ongoing learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all doing job with love and passion.

Subba Rao Varigonda is a visionary, a first-generation migrant entrepreneur and a successful businessman in Australia. IPP Technologies, established in 1993, was his vision. Subba Rao has worked in the IT and IT-enabled industry for over four decades. The relentless drive, grit, and determination of Subba Rao, today IPP Technologies, marked its presence on the global platform with operations currently in Australia, the Philippines, India, and the Middle East. In need of expansion and diversification, in 2008, Subba Rao's vision took him to set up a Near Shore IPPB PO 24x7 centre in Manila, Philippines Office, to provide Back Office and telemarketing support to clients in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the USA.

Working in IPP as a Finance and Admin Officer is a challenging role. I learned that we need to provide efficient assistance to the Heads in the overall operations of the office. I am focused and observe financial discipline managing finance and accounts. I have worked in different industries and have experience with different Payroll and Accounting software like MSI, KEEPER, Quickbooks, Xero and Microsoft Office. I have specialized in Payroll, Government Taxation and Audit Reports, Cash and Reconciliation, Statutory and Management Reporting. My exposure and experiences in this field have contributed to effectively managing IPP BPO operations in Manila. I believe in these simple yet power of positivity " If you work just for money; you'll never make it, but if you love what you're doing and you always put the customer first, success will be yours".
