Brittany Satterfield is the founder of IMPACT Digital Marketing. Previously in the role of Senior Marketing Manager at Auros Knowledge Systems, where she is responsible for leading and implementing various promotional strategies. In 2018, she embraced the idea that Knowledge Aware is the future of knowledge management and started the International Knowledge Aware Association (IKAA). Currently, she considers herself a Knowledge Aware Enthusiast and resides on the board of the IKAA as Secretary.

Chris McCormick is the Director of Foundation Brake Engineering North America at ZF Group, leading the design/development of disc brakes, rotors, and Electric Park Brakes. He has worked in this team since 1988; starting with Kelsey-Hayes Company and through various mergers over the years including LucasVarity, TRW, and now ZF.

Jeff has been an innovative leader in the field of Engineering Knowledge Management and Intelligent Design Automation for the past fifteen years and is the author of the whitepaper ‘Knowledge Aware Engineering'.
Jeff is currently the President of Auros Knowledge Systems where he heads the business development, research, and product development teams. Prior to Auros Knowledge Systems, Jeff worked at the Ford Motor Company in the Advanced Manufacturing Technology Development organization leading several Design Automation and Knowledge Systems projects. While at Ford, Jeff also developed expertise in both product development and manufacturing engineering having served as Product Engineer, Manufacturing Supervisor, Process Engineer, and Systems Engineer. Jeff has a BS Mechanical Engineering from Miami University and earned his an MBA from Michigan State University's Eli Broad Graduate School of Management.

Markus Fischer is the VP of Engineering at ZF Group leading the global Foundation Brakes and Electric Park Brake team, where he is responsible for Application Design/Development, Design Methods, and Core Development. Markus joined ZF in 1989 for a 5-year dual study program, graduating in 1994. During his career with ZF he was based in Germany, Japan and the U.S. and tasked with building up engineering teams or hubs for various products. He was also responsible for the rollout of the ZF production system in NA. Challenged with those tasks, he realized that enabling an organization to "do the right thing" in an efficient and sustainable manner requires not only training new employees and teaching new methods, but also the more difficult task of having knowledge both readily available and regularly updated and revalidated.
