We work in cooperation with North Sound Tribal Behavioral Health Agencies to provide Crisis Services to American Indians and Alaskan Natives... North Sound BH-ASO is governed by the Interlocal Agreement between the counties of Snohomish, Skagit, Whatcom, Island, and San Juan. We are here to serve the counties and provide services to the individuals that reside within.
