Brandon represents a variety of clients in complex litigation across the country, particularly with cases involving technical/scientific issues. This includes litigating and consulting on traumatic brain injury cases in 40 states. Brandon has tried cases in first and second chair roles and steered more than 200 cases with brain injuries and with psychological injuries including PTSD, conversion disorder, and claims of traumatically induced ADHD, psychotic disorder, and bipolar disorder. These cases involve diverse scenarios ranging from low-speed collisions to catastrophic commercial vehicle accidents, from sports injuries to aviation incidents. Brandon regularly presents on the medical and legal aspects of complex damages issues at national conferences and provides TBI workshops to attorneys and clients. Brandon serves as Associate National Counsel for Schneider National, Inc.

Doug is an accomplished trial lawyer whose experience trying complex cases around the country for clients across several industries sets him apart. As national and regional trial counsel for commercial transportation, truck and bus manufacturing, and insurance clients, Doug has litigated cases in all fifty states. He has tried more than 125 cases in 19 states, winning defense verdicts in venues recognized as "Judicial Hellholes." His practice has focused on defending commercial vehicle crashworthiness claims; other products liability litigation involving heavy trucks, school buses, and agricultural equipment; brain injury cases; and commercial transportation catastrophic losses. His vast trial experience has provided him with the opportunity to master the physics, engineering, and software applications of accident reconstruction. The American College of Trial Lawyers inducted Doug as a Fellow in recognition of his trial experience, skills, and professional approach to his work. Doug established and built the firm's commercial transportation, products liability, brain injury, and aviation practices. He continues to represent clients in these areas, a number of whom have partnered with Doug for more than two decades. His extensive experience and skill set benefit not only his clients, but the next generation of practitioners Doug mentors.

Greg regularly publishes and speaks to major industry organizations around the country on current issues in traumatic brain injury litigation. He consults with attorneys nationwide on expert witness selection, expert witness depositions, and preparation of pre-trial evidentiary motions on the admissibility of expert witness testimony and scientific evidence. As proof of Greg's public speaking and advocacy skills, he argued a case before the Supreme Court of Ohio the day after his admission to the bar-and won.

Clay Porter is devoted to the defense of motor carriers and motor carrier insurers throughout the United States. He serves as National Outside Counsel to Schneider National Carriers, Inc. and provides national and regional services to other motor carriers and truck insurance companies.
