David is a CA (SA) and began his career at Deloitte within an entrepreneurial focused division.
Over the years he has attained world wide experience in a variety of businesses and sectors, with a focus on finance and general management. Key industries include FMCG, Logistics, ICT and contact centres.
At Reflex, David focuses on financial and operational management, acquisitions, legal, human resources and developing and executing the operations strategy.

Passion for nurturing an environment conducive to learning and development together with a desire to add value led Dominique to a career in SMEs.
Her desire to deliver quality customer service is supported by a foundation as a Chartered Accountant (SA) and experience in both the listed and private domain. Dominique completed her studies in Accounting Sciences at UP followed by articles and a short-term secondment to Chicago with PwC. She joined Reflex during 2017 as Financial Manager and stepped into the role as CFO in 2022.
Dominique's passion for nurturing an environment that is conducive to learning and development led to her career with SME's. Her foundation as a Chartered Accountant (SA) and experience in both the listed and private domains has developed her ethos of service excellence.

Starting in Business Operations and moving into Project Management in 2012, Jessica has worked on IT projects across multiple industries and is a firm believer that client partnerships are an essential element in building lasting relationships and running successful projects.

John has been involved in the IT space since 1999 and studied various development languages and information systems in 2000.

John has been in the employ of Reflex Solutions for 10 years.
Boasting 25 years of experience in the Information Technology industry; Karla has gained valuable insight into various aspects of the industry, from training; to project and system management.
Her expertise was honed with Service Desk Management and Service Level Management due to her certification in ITIL as well as establishing service desks.
Priding herself on service excellence, Karla is resourceful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that company goals are achieved.
