One of Ann-Mari's key missions is to develop organizations by inspiring and engaging individuals to want to enhance their skills, abilities, and qualities in the desired direction. This involves working with clear models, relevant exercises, and real-life examples, as well as challenging established mindsets and nurturing values such as curiosity, courage, and creativity to modify deeply ingrained behavioral patterns. Ann-Mari is passionate about lifelong learning and agrees with the saying, "Organizations don't change, it's people who do."
Background
Ann-Mari is a social scientist and has a solid experience of of closely collaborating with stakeholders to design, deliver, and follow up on training programs that truly make a difference for the business. She is certified in Extended DiSC and in "Kirkpatrick 4 Levels of Evaluation," which is based on Robert Brinkerhoff's High Performing Learning Journeys. With a background that includes roles such as an international product manager in the IT industry with a focus on business systems, as well as a project manager and development consultant in the banking and finance sector, she has come to understand different market cultures and needs, contributing to her genuine interest in creating value for clients. For several years, she has facilitated talent programs and leadership development programs within an extensive cultural change project, with an emphasis on value-based, authentic leadership. She continues this work in her own company, where she also coaches participants to become more clear, confident, and inspiring in their leadership.
Bosse is the IT manager for Wenell and also acts as internal IT support for all employees. He is also responsible for all logistics around our course material, both in Sweden and internationally. Bosse produces content in the form of sound, film and images for media and course material.
Background
Bosse has been employed by Wenell since 1994 and has been involved in the development since then. He has a great interest in photography and graphic production which has contributed to his professional development in the area.
David is a UK citizen, born in Jamaica, and holds a B.A. (HONS.). He studied to become a pilot in the RAF, where he served for 7 years. He worked at Volvo Car Corporation in Gothenburg in production, marketing, and project management before he packed his bags and went to Belgium, where he worked for an English consultant company, and then went back home to the UK. There he worked as a training consultant in both the project and the management sphere for clients in many different industries, including the public and private sector. While in England, he developed his own project model (RPM) and gave lectures in Operations Management at Sunderland University.

Kjell prefers to work long-term with organisations, meaning he likes to work operatively in different project roles to accomplish and ensure effects and results. He is happy to contribute with customized support efforts and designs that provide concrete results in organisations on an organisational, group, and individual level. Kjell thrives in environments with big challenges and much uncertainty.
Kjell prefers to work with you as an individual (project manager and leader) and on group development in his role as a mentor and coach. He has been an active mentor and coach since 2006.
Kjell is an appreciated facilitator/trainer for management groups where he creates a clear direction and clear conditions for the organisation's work in improvement.
At Wenell, Kjell works as a consultant with qualified guidance to managers and project intense operations. At the same time, he also leads courses for project managers, employees, sponsors, and management teams. He works together with international organisations with support and development of their project operation to strengthen competitiveness in a globalised world. Kjell helps create strategies and direction in organisations that lack it.
Kristina trains and develops individuals and teams in leadership, change management, communication and project management. Coaches both individually and in teams and helps people achieve success in their careers, leadership and personal development. Lectures, workshops and individual conversations are conducted with concrete and inspiring material both through meetings on site and with the help of virtual technology. Kristina conducts customer-specific training in subjects such as communication, change management, coaching and presentation techniques. Facilitates meetings and workshops.
Works with project managers, groups / teams, managers and employees and builds customer-specific training in active customer dialogue. Kristina helps our customers in areas such as values, personal leadership, behavior and communication.
Background
Kristina is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), Certified Change Manager and INLPTA-certified NLP Business Communication Practitioner. Kristina has experience of conducting training and workshops digitally and on site. She has carried out employee and manager coaching in careers, performance and adjustment. Previous professional roles are project planner, buyer, logistician and inside salesman. Together with her family, she has lived in Asia for several years, which has given her insight and knowledge of different cultures. She has a university degree in economics, religious studies and sports psychology and mental training.

Mats has a background in information science and 10 years of experience in project management in IT and in Change Management. As an IT consultant, Mats has implemented project management assignments at AB Volvo, Volvo Cars, Telia, Sahlgrenska Universitetssjukhuset, and Astra Hässle.
Mats works both on education as a qualified consultant for Wenell's clients and on developing the ability of organisations to run projects by working together with management groups, project teams, project managers, and employees. Focusing on uncertainty, Mats uses workshops to show how you can manage projects and organisations where uncertainty levels are high.
He is actively involved in Wenell's development work and has a large personal network of researchers in the project field. Customizing project design to the specific operation, staff, opportunities, and challenges of a client is one of Mats' "usual" tasks.
Background
Mats has 30 years of experience in project management. He spent 11 years as project manager in product development for all kinds of projects, ranging from small projects to large and complex projects involving more than 350 people. The remaining 19 years have been spent as a consultant for Wenell Management, where he has worked on international assignments for SKF and AstraZeneca. He is a coordinator for the research committee at the Swedish Project Academy, an academy that stimulates research and awards the Project Manager of the Year in Sweden.
