SANDERS PROPERTY - Key Persons

Andrew, just like Anthony has been in the property development sector for over 30 years, having overseen 15 developments together. The business of Newman and Mitchell development have been the main source of work for both Andrew and Anthony for a number of years. Andrew is a huge martial arts fan and supporter of Tottenham Hotspur ( this does not go down well with Antony and Stephen as they are both huge Arsenal fans).

Anthony has been in the property development sector for over 30 years. He has overseen over 15 developments in the Hackney and Islington area. Anthony alongside Andrew have been running their very successful development company Newman and Mitchell developments for a number of years. Tony is one of the very few landlords who is part the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme. Tony currently lives in Canonbury Islington with his wife Diana.

Sam has been in the estate agency world for over 10 years. Having worked with Stephen, first as a Saturday driver and then as a property manager for many years, she thought it would be the perfect opportunity to come and work together again when he started his own company. Sam deals with everything together with Stephen on a daily basis which involves communication with landlord and tenants, viewings, property maintenance and much more. Sam is a full time member of the Sanders Property agency and brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge and Sanders Property are lucky to have her. In her spare time, she can be found spending time with family and her two most important people in her life, her son and daughter.

Stephen has been in the lettings industry for over 13 years and started Sanders Property in early 2019. ARLA qualified, he supports the main office with his wealth of experience in all aspects of letting. He helps and advises new and current landlords with any legal concerns they may have. He is proud to say that Lettings & Management are a big part of the company and continue to expand. He loves the fact that every day is different, meeting new people, seeing a variety of properties and improving his knowledge and experience. Stephen currently lives in Bishop Stortford with his fiancé Hayley and his two children Maisie and Florentina and enjoys playing football in what spare time his family offers him.
