In 2015 owner Anton was able to achieve his life long ambition of converting the old disused rooms above the inn into rooms. The Kings head Bawburgh is now a boutique bed and breakfast near Norwich nestled in the beautiful countryside. Each room is named after people linked to the history of The Kings Head. For example, Blyth is named after the first lady licensee Sarah and inn keeper in 1853 and the Tilney suite; William Tilney built the Kings Head in 1602. In 2017 two self catering short or long term let apartments completed the Kings Head refurbishments - for now!...
