ACHILLES MELBOURNE

Achilles Melbourne Incorporated is proudly run by volunteers. We are a not-for-profit registered charity. Our aim is to increase the participation of people with a disability in physical activities. We achieve this by providing training opportunities and sponsorship for members with a disability to fun run events... Achilles Australia started with the Sydney chapter, launched in 1996. In recent years we have established chapters in Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane and Hunter/Central Coast... Achilles Australian is part of a worldwide organisation (Achilles International) represented in approximately 60 countries. Achilles International's mission: "Achilles International transforms the lives of people with disabilities through athletic programs and social connection"
