Michael Crane

Having studied history and archaeology at the University of Nottingham, Michael then completed an MA in Museum and Heritage Management at Nottingham Trent University. Particular areas of interest include the Aegean Bronze Age and the history of the late 19th and 20th centuries. Michael specialises in the research and interpretation of history and through this is able to engage audiences with their heritage through the use of exhibitions and on-line media.

Nicola Wood

Job Titles:
  • HSC - Senior Heritage Consultant
After Studying a BA (Hons) History at Nottingham Trent University Nicola went on to complete an MA in Museum and Heritage Management. Particular areas of interest are Medieval and Renaissance social history with a focus on identity creation and women within deviant societies. Nicola has over fifteen years experience working across the heritage arena in both the public and private sector and specialises in organisational development, heritage and disaster management and community engagement. Nicola is a team member of REDs and acts as a Leadership Adviser within the East Midlands helping heritage organisations to develop greater focus and become more sustainable
